High negligence and callous attitude of Mobile manufacturer Mobile units of Motorola should be banned as it is not caring for customers and cheating by way of faulty devices through online In continuation of the response, it was informed by motorola on 29.11.2017, that the cost of the repairs to the faulty device is around 35000/.I question the motorola, when the device itseld was sold for Rs.19000/ in May'17 throu on line Amazon, how a spare could cost double of the cost of the mobile. It clearly showed that motorola iNdia has cheated the customers on the pretext of discounting on failure devices. I demand from motorola to replace the device without any further repairing charges immly or else it has to take the responsiblity of further a consumer is going to take for redressal f tjhe grievance.
