Motorola Solutions — regarding defective mobile moto g4 plus | |||||
Dear sir I ordered moto g plus 4th gen xt1643 bearing Imei no 1 : [protected] Imei no 2 : [protected] From amazon on 14th july 2016. Within a month from the date of purchase i started facing issues in the handset. Issues were : 1) device automatically gets turn off frequently, 2) battery - battery started draining out fast, 3) torch/flash light turn off automatically within few seconds after turning it on. For the same problem i submitted the mobile for service center total fifth times.. Two times motherboard changed and three times software updated but still problem persist... Last time i am used the paid service also for the same problem for repair and still problem persist I already filed the the complain against motorola in national consumer forum for the same problem in sep-2017 month There is no reply from motorola company.. I request you sir please replace the mobile or refund the mobile amount to me for your defective piece. When my phone was given to the authorised Motorola service centre Raipur near rajbandha maidan for repairing my phone display. They repair it but they exchanged my mobile sound key buttons with local sound key buttons which I realised after some days. Please stop them to do this kind of illegal activity so that this will never happen with others.
