I Purchased Moto G Turbo phone through amazon on Oct 03, 2016.
In Jan 20, 2017 my phone charger stopped working so I visited nearest Service center (Famous Computer, Bareilly) & submitted my charger on Jan 22, 2017.
Kindly find attach job sheet for more information.

I contacted so many time to the same service center for my mobile charger but I didn't get my mobile charger yet.

Its Almost 3 weeks over but I didn't get my mobile charger.

Kindly do needful ASAP.
