I'm using Moto G3 handset which had an issue in its touch screen during December 2016. I've purchased this phone on March 2016 from Amazon. When i detected this complaint, I've given to the nearest service center and they did some temporary fix and gave me back. On the next day it got damaged with the same issue. Again i gave to service center and they did the same. And i gave the phone on Jan 11 2017 and its been more than a month now. Till now i didnt get any proper updates. Today when i visited the service center they are telling it will take another 3 more weeks.

I called the customer care around 10 times, Every time they are telling they have escalated my issue and their senior will call me within 48 hours. But till now i didnt get any call from the MOTO Service team. And they are not providing me the contact details of the senior service tea, m to discuss on this issue.

This is the worst and pathetic service I've faced in my life.

Please help me in getting my phone repaired or to get a replaced handset at the earliest.

    I am using MOTO E3 Power phone for 4 months, in last 8 days my phone is heating while charging, due to charging it has bend like curve(working proper), I went to service center to resolve my problem, they denied to serve me and told it is damaged.
    If I am telling about phone that there is no physically damage, no scratches then how can that guy take decision with his side.

    You can make check my phone by best engineers there is internal problem.

        I had submitted my moto 360 2nd gen watch for a replacement on 11th Nov'16 at the Borivali service center, Mumbai. I have been waiting from more than 3 months now without a response.
        Every week I receive a call from the Escalation team( Mr Arvind) and they communicate a new date. The escalation team says this is the highest point of escalation and they cannot help further.I have also contacted the service center several times and they say that there are many such pending cases with them. The matter has been escalated several times and also to the Regional head. This is an expensive watch and I have been without my watch for more than 3 months now. I want this matter to be looked into with urgency.

        Hi team,

        Thanks for the reply and looking into the case. As suggested I have sent the details on [email protected].

        I would like to reiterate that I have been waiting for a replacement of my Moto 360 2nd Gen watch from more than 100 days now.

        I have tried multiple times to contact the service center, customer support, Directors team. But the responses I received from them were not satisfactory.
        It seems nobody has any update regarding my watch and everyone keeps asking for few more day.

        There have been several Incidents open for this case and it was escalated on most occasions.
        The escalation team has been calling me every 7th day and they keep asking for another week to provide another update. Now from last 15 days even they have stopped calling for any update.

        Mr Arvind from the Directors team even confirmed that the matter is now escalated to the Regional head and kept asking for more days.

        The customer support doesn't have any clue and they keep escalating and asking me for 3 days every time I call them.

        The service center says that they do not have any update and they are waiting for the replaced watch.

        Kindly help resolve the issue and help me get the replacement as soon as possible.
        The case has been pending from almost 4 months, kindly treat this as urgent.

        Let me know if you need more details from my end.

        Looking forward for a positive and swift response.

        Is someone looking into the matter. From over 110 days I have been waiting for the replacement of my Moto 360 watch. The 1 year warranty expires in May. Can someone please look into the matter with urgency and provide an update.

          Case: I got the motoz play with second slot not working . I explicitly inform flipkart about it but they said they cannot do anything . I need to talk 2 to motorola .

          I tried to talk 2 motorola call center they asked me to visit the service center which is 2 hr away.

          This is an case of harassment . I am constantly telling my device problem to motorola authorized service center and call center, Both are justing doing nothing .. I wanted to talk to the senior Call Center Denied me by saying that we cannot transfer your call Her name is Vaishakhi Nanda.I want Strict Action against her .

          I already Visited the Service center they say they are not sure about the process of replacement ... They dint assign me any complain number or anything .I requested them please resolve the problem on which they said i need to talk to motorola call center.

          where i stay service center is 2 hour away .. every one expect that i visit there every day for my problem to get resolved .
          After sale service are very very poor .. I had a coversation with the B2x manager Mr. V . Satish as well .

          SO conclusion service center will ask me to talk to call center .. and call center will tell me to visit service center . and i am fool in between these two seems to be ...
          If any one is seriously reading my feedback please resolve my problem . or atleast tell me the path .

            I purchased Moto E3 power handeset on 1st Dec 2016. After 2 months (on 26th Jan'2017), it was unable to charge so I visited customer care center at Pune (Nalstop). They said its a liquid damage, it can't cover in warranty period (though it wasn't damaged by water/ any liquid). Still I agreed to pay them whatever charges required for repairing. Then, they said battery is damaged so you need to change the battery but we can't help you in that.Battery is not available with us so you need to buy it online.
            Then I visited Yavatmal's service center (Hometown), I received same response that battery is not available. I asked them to provide a battery and ready to pay for the same but they refused to provide the same. I got the answer that the batteries for this particular handset is in production so they don't have it. It's been 18 days but still i don't get it repaired till date.
            Service provided by Moto was really ridiculous. If you can't provide the service then please don't launch such product in market. I will wait for your response for 5-7 working days otherwise will complain in Consumer forum.

              My moto G 4plus 32gb phone is not working properly, i have some battery issues. the battery is discharge as fast as it charge, about within a hour. and sometimes the display starts working automatically without any instructions. i am not setisfied with this phone, it is in warranty of 1 year. i don't know where is the authorised service centre. please help me out..

                Motorolo don't have any service centre in ujjain, last time i visited yashwant plaza, indore but not satisfy with the service of the employee. plz setup atleast one service centre in ujjain.i have a problem of speaker nd i go to the service centre, they resolve my problem but they make my phones mic not workable condition, my mic is not working now, so i used my earphones to call friends or relatives, family. i am so disappointed. so atleast open one service centre in our city (ujjain) so we can easily reach there for problems.

                    Screen shattered of motoxstyle, and given to service center on 12nov2016. So far, no replacement has been received and service service center still has no idea when the screen parts will be sent to them..Now, another of my Moto x style has broken its screen. So 2phones virtually rendered useless.
                    They are not providing a replacement, not that it is a solution for the broken screens. This is just fooling the customer into buying new phones rather than repairing damaged ones.

                      I have purchased a mobile moto g3 during 2015 and it is dual Sim when we tried to remove the Sim it got strucked while trying to remove the Golden lines for Sim recognized were got damaged. When I visited your service center they told to replace entire panel and it cost ₹2000/-.
                      It seems buyers of moto phone are getting similar problem. I hope it is manufacturing defect.

                        Hi,

                        I bought this Moto g4+ in Oct from Amazon.
                        With 10 days of purchase it started giving issues. Whenever I made any call the screen would black out and nothing would happen till the time the other party hangs up the call. I read online and found that it can be some issue with the proximity sensor. I was able to manage somehow with that issue. But after sometime the phone started to switch off abruptly. And off late this Is happening very frequently .I have stopped using this phone and gone back to my previous one. As I can't manage to switch on a phone like 50 times a day.
                        I want this handset to be replaced with a new handset. And need this fast.

                            I purchased moto e3power phone around 4 months back.at initial using phone for 1 week only I recognised that phone is having some battery related problem. And I asked for replacement from flipkart.but they did not replace saying that phone is normal.i[censored] get any problem since 1 year warranty is there they will service or replace your phone free of cost.but now my phone is fully dead it is not at all charging.I took it to rajajinagar service centre.they serviced and said that software issue and phone is serviced.when i took that phone to home and charged same problem exists.next day when I went to servicing center they are telling that it is charger problem.it is handset problem and they are not agreeing it and they are neglecting me.please resolve my problem.please give replacement for my mobile phone.my IMEI NO is [protected] and [protected].I got very bad servicing and experience from motorola company that I am thinking that I should never buy moto phone next time.

                              I have purchase a Moto g4 plus since October 2016. But after that it become more heated. There is also network fluctuate & Battery draining problem. I have go to service center near BD-79 BD block Saltlake city sector-1, Kolkata- 700064 cont. no[protected] for checking of above problem. But they have only suggested that Moto g4 plus has heating problem and it happened with many more customer.
                              I regret to say that the customer care not to taken any response further.

                              I need support from you to rectify the same as soon as possible and help to all other customers for this.
                              Otherwise I have to contact with Consumer Forum, India as soon as possible.

                                I purchased my phone on december 2016, but now my phone was not working and i submited my phone on janakpuri service center. they gave in 10 days time but it more than 12 days and now they are saying still they didnt receive the part which should be replaced. and they are saying that they can tell when they will receive the part.                                   I have purchased Moto G4 plus in Aug 2016. The rear camera was not working due to substandard quality of Camera lens cover, due to this, the pictures/ images were not clear/blurr images and no physical damage. There is no use of 16 Mp rear camera without providing a good, durable quality lens cover. The Mysore service centre-Samuruddhi Infocom-047, demanded money to replace the spare part during warranty period. Several calls and e-mails to Moto Customer care centre has not yielded any result.
                                  Since it is due to the substandard quality of glass/manufacturing defect, it is the moral responsibility of the company to replace the spare part free of cost.
                                  Like others I also regret buying MotoG4 plus, I request all the new customers not to buy this product due to poor aftersales service and, charging for spare parts during warranty period.Company is doing unfair trade practices by fixing substandard quality spare part and charging huge sum of money to replace them under warranty.
                                  If at all Motorola wants to retain customers, please replace spare parts free of cost under warranty. I hope the complaint will be resolved by Moto company instead by a court. Looking forward to Motorola's reply,

                                    Sir,

                                    I have purchased a Motorola Moto Z play from Flipkart on 27.11.2006. But, when I was going to SIKKIM it was dropped my hand and the display has broken and the display was also not seen. But vibration was activated. Hence I face lot of problem.

                                    Hence I submitted the said handset to the Motorola Moto Service at SCR15/E (666), Near Kali Mandir, Bapujee Nagar, Bhubaneswar on 30.01.2017.

                                    But, now after passed of ten days the service center has told me that they are not received the price list.

                                    Sir, really I am very worried to purchase your product. I think you have not aware of the fact.

                                    Sir, one of the my friend faced same problem at at SIKKIM. But, he now get the phone after two days. Because he was purchased SAMSUNG mobile.

                                    I would therefore request you to kindly take an appropriate action at an early date as your service is very poor than other mobile organisation.

                                    Sir, I have only one Handset i.e. Moto Z play. Now I use a worthless mobile. Therefore I request you once again take appropriate action at an early date.

                                    What type of work done by Motorola Company. They are not received the complaint by a consumer. They are not given priority to his customer. They take more days but not punctuality in his service. If a consumer buy only a handset of Motorola he totally loss all friends, relatives and officers if he faced damaged of the handset.

                                    So, Motorola required to give attention of the consumer complain.

                                    I have booked rear camera glass of moto g4 plus mobile.from bhopal mp from mp nagar on 21/11/2016
                                    And also give advance of 250 rupees.
                                    To service centre but still my glass hasn't come to service centre.

                                    Company doesn't give me job card number.

                                      I'm using moto e for the past one year .
                                      All of a sudden my memory card is not working .need help . I need all those datas
                                      Actually this happens around 6-7pm . prior to that I reading a PDF document the whole day.. I don't even have an idea of how it happens.the last data that I have retrieved from the memory card is the PDF document. After that my memory card status indicates as it is dismounted
