[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — Rough behaviour in the customer care services | |||
I have purchased a motorolla g3 turbo handset from flipcart.. Within months o[censored]se the phone started showing problem.. I claimed the warranty in the customer care "Smart Services" bhubaneswar on 8/1/16 bearing jobsheet no. 6853 Aftr 2 months of delay they handed me the phone And now the speaker doesnt work properly! After bringing it to the notice of customer care they behaved very roughly towards me and didn't resolve the in problem! Henceforth i wont buy a motorolla handset and advise my friends not to invest on motorolla phones due to poor service Pls take favourable action Aman anshuman M)[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
