Motorola Solutions — unresponsive service by the service centre employees | |||
I had submitted my phone on 11th of july 2017 and was told that i shall be informed about the progress in a week. I came on 22nd (Just because i could not contact them on phone) and was told to come back on 26th.. I came on 26th and was again told to come a week later, to which i reacted and asked them what are they upto. And the one of the employee told me to come on 27th.. On 27th i came at 2.. And told to come at 2:30.. But i came at 5.. Which obviously gave them a lot of time to finish their work.. At 5 when i have received my phone its display was not fit properly... Now this is heights.. Of irresponsibility.. First of all it takes hell lot of patience to keep running for your device.. And to add to the suffering these people think that we customers have all the time in the world. Being a student even 24 hrs aren't enough for me and these people have eaten up 3-4 days of time in total.. Now they have asked me to wait for another hour or two.. This is just ridiculous.. You please either improve ur service or just bluntly deny it.. Atleast stop wasting our time.. We naive customers put our trust in u to be satisfied with your services.. And not to face this level of disappointment.. Highly regretting on buying motorola brand phone.. Because within ten days its display ditched.. And limits to all disappointment have crossed after seeing your services.. Extremely disappointed customer.. I would never in my wildest dreams recommend your brand to anyone..
