[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — Wrong information shared by service centre | |||
Hi This is regarding Motorola service centre okhla phase 2. I am using moto g 2nd generation since 2015. However recently I am getting problem in phone it's unable to switch on. So I went to moto service centre and give Rs 200 for checking the issue, they have told there is a fault in motherboard and if I want to resolve issue it will charge Rs 2250 to rectify the fault. But that day I don't have my purse so came back to home and after one day I have sent sumone with my phone to resolve the issue with Rs 2250 bt this time they told it will charge Rs 7000 as it's motherboard is totally damaged. I was surprised how can they change there statement. I am very disappointed with their statement as charge Rs 200 for checking the issue but didn't give exact information. However I didn't give my moto g to service center and came to home and checked on YouTube for solution and find the solution. Now my moto g is working without giving single rupee. It was very disappointing that moto g service center want to make money from their customers it means visiting service centre is just waste of time and Money as well. There is no issue in motherboard it's working now. Kindly take necessary action ASAP so that moto maintain its good will... THANKS I Was this information helpful? | |||
