[Resolved] Motorola — Taken one month but still could not repair my phone, Job pending for one month without an update | |||
With due respect I would like to state that I purchased Moto g4 plus about 45 days ago and my phone got dead within 16 days o[censored]se. I have given my phone for repair under warranty on 04th of July, 2016 but there is no progress still. It has been about 31 days and I have also escalated this issue at motorola care support but I am not getting a proper action. The are providing vague dates, with no proper updates. Even though Motorola had dropped the price of Motorola x style 32 gb by a price of Rs6000 Flipkart is selling the phone at Rs29000 instead it should be of Rs23000. I hope the phone price will drop very soon
