Motorola — Unethical and Disrespectful behaviour

Hi I am R.karthik from chennai, I am using motoG2 For last two months I am facing heating prob with my mob, and the mobile hangs up when got heated up. I was not even using much apps, whenever i use the mobile it gets too hot I can't even take it near to my ear for phone calls. I taken that to moto care center at "Shop No. 8, 9, Ground Floor, Kasi Arcade, Thyagaraya Road, T.Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600017" The place looked like market place, , no proper working manner they were having good time group fun on the repair room. There was not even a sequential order of handling complaints, all were standing as if they were in fish market..On the first day itself i saw some people not satisfied with the service and they handled the customers disrespectfully. As I entered for the first day the shop closes by 6 as per their timings, as i was their at 5.. only one woman worker was getting complaints, she told they won't check mobiles after 5, I asked her your shop closing time is 6?...but she responded" no we won't check after 5..". After several arguments they reinstalled my phone OS. After that i encountered the same issues with my mobile, , so I went there after 3 days on July 15th 2015. I submitted the mobile for checkup, As i had noted It was same as that day the people were having fun time at checkup room, no uniform using Colloquial language. I waited there for an hour, one guy asked me to come inside repair room gave my mob, told me check. So came out and I used the mob for 5min and it started getting hot again, so i just went in showed upto him. Another guy named "DHANRAJ" (worker ) took my mob and said don use any apps, I told him I wasn't using any apps I showed him the running apps He told stupid ans "The phone will get heated as u use the phone that is a phone" people he doesn't even have knowedge on phones as me, He told he will use my mob for few days just for phone call to see whether its heatiing up, .. who on earth would say that he is gonna use my mobile and he will only for phone call. For that I could a basic mobile I told. HE STARTED USING HIS Colloquial LANGUAGE WITH HIGH PITCH VOICE, HE INSULTED ME INFRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE. IS THAT A SERVICE CENTER OR WHAT!!! HE SPOKE AS IF AM DUE DEBT TO HIM... HIS NAME IS "DHANRAJ". he was using colloquial language with all customers raising questions. I came out of their, one service guy insulted me and my prob was not cleared. I can't be such a stupid. I need immediate action to be taken against that care center and that ** guy and must solve my issue on my mobile immediately or else I am gonna sue for sure.. I need refund or replacement soon as possible. and that dhanraj must be kicked out of that service centre. Moto must concentrate on good service.
