Dear Sir,
Blue dart attempted delivery of courier on 20/11,since the premises was locked the delivery man returned however same day evening i made a request on bluedart call centre around 6pm to delivery the Bank card on 21/11 and the slot they provided was between 3pm to 6pm. Since the Bank card was important to me I kept leave for half day in office just to collect this card.
To my surprise when i reached home security guard told me blue dart courier had come around 1:30pm and since i was not there he left.
I immediately called up customer care(3:05pm) and told them about the importance of the card.Customer Care told me they will get card delivered before 6pm. Between 3pm and 6pm i made 3-4 calls and all the time customer care assured me that card will be delivered by 6pm.
Around 7pm i called up customer car of Blue dart again but to my surpise they told everyone has left from Nehru Place Branch and will deliver it tomorrow morning between 9 am to 12pm which means effectively i will have to take half day leave again.
Since i have to collect the card so i am keeping leave for half day tomorrow but i would request to be compensated for the salary of 2 half day leaves.
