[Resolved]  Mpokket — Amount debited from my account but loan status is still open

I have made my payment of 2074 on 7th July @5:30pm from phone pay amount got debited from my account but loan status is not yet closed reflecting it as payment due I raised a concern 50days back but nobody bothered to contact from mpokket yet pathetic service I request you to waive off one loan of 2074
