Mpokket — Excess charges on loan amount

I took three loans from mpokket and activated Autopay. After repaying them I thought they would close the Autopay, but they didn't. Then I took three fresh loans and I was unable to pay them on time as my family's financial condition is not good. I emailed my problems to mpokket and explained them but their agents call in odd times from unknown one-way numbers and show negative attitude. Plus, they add bounce charges which the bank can only charge from me. Already their interest is very high. I am willing to clear off entire loan still provided that all other excess charges are removed and only the principal.amountbwoth agreed interest is taken. Also, the communication should be in email, not call as I work in an organization where I Cannot pickup calls from 9 am to 9 pm.
