As per our company provided loan if not paid on time then your due charges I am not satisfied this loan due to not following RBI rules this is very bad company cheating and maintally harassment...

Your company is not support only chitt to customer recover extra due amount as well as mentally torcher if customer having problematic no any support continually call and harass with give extra due charges it's very bad company I will suggest any person pls do not going to way this company for giving any kind of loan

    Lost my mobile number and unable to login

    Hello Mpokket. I have taken a loan from the app but I couldn't login now to repay the loan as I have lost my login number. I tried to contact you through mail but didn't get any response. Please contact me as soon as possible as it's hampering my cibil score badly. Help me to login through my mail please....

    I taken loan of 6000 now they asking for 12480 as i am a student now Can't pay such huge penalty now please i agree for settlement please help me now they are calling my relatives and i am depressed now what should i do. Please help me

        I am Seerapu veera pavan kumar Ali I have cleared all my dues and I want to delete my mpockket account if you could help in this and delete my account it will be very helpful. Take this action very seriously and delete my account forever as fast as possible and reply or give any response at least after deleting.My reason for deleting my account is now I have no need to use loan apps and credit cards I need to go for my further studies so I am clearing all my dues and focused on my career so please delete my account as fast as possible and update my CIBIL. Please provide No due certificate(NOC) and close all my credit lines and update the CIBIL report, this will be helpful if you provide the NOC and close my credit lines.

              They offered me to pay the loan amount that I taken from the mpokket loan application. But due to some financial crises and a death in my family I can't pay the full amount in one time .
              If they give 2 time payment option I am ready to close my loan .. the tottal amount is 7840 and tomorrow I am ready to pay the half of the amount. Please help me in this crisis.

                i am ainur ali molla ([protected]).I paid all my loan amount .Still when i inquiry my active loan history i found 1180/- opening date(21/10/21) is pending in civil .

                Still showing plese remove that.

                  Late fine fee removal

                  I took a few loans but I am not able to pay the late fee its getting too high I tried to contact mpokket through customer care number they cannot provide me with desirable resolution and the late fines are increasing rapidly, which I am not going to pay I will pay the amount that i received from mpokket ....

                      I have been trying to close my account since July but Customer care doesn't want to listen what i say, they were only interested in my documents so they could increase my limit ... I said I want my account closed in reply they said they cannot help my and after struggling for more than 2 weeks I gave up on the idea until now ... Here I hope I will get some help in closing my account

                        Iam receiving frequent calls from mpokket requesting me to provide the contact details and personal details. I have sent a mail to the support team of mpokket to delete my account but there is no response till now. The frequency of calls have been increased since the mail has sent

                                I have paid my all emi and one time loans on time but they failed to report it to the the credit bureau like cibil and experian on time which is affecting my cibil. So please report it within in given time so my cibil and experian score remain balance. Last time i checked my cibil it was 757 and now it is 671. Please solve this problem asap
