But there is no option to delete account in mpokket

    I have taken a loan of 11500 7 months ago and now they are asking to pay 22600.I was unable to pay due to some problems in these 7 months.But now I can pay some amount and I request you to waive off some interest and donkt send any legal notice and please contact me on WhatsApp because I have tried to send mails regarding this issue but no reply has got by them

        I have taken 10500 from mpokket now they are asking to pay 23500 as total amount with penalty charges and i have dropped many mail to connect with for wavie currently our finical situation is not good kindly wavie of the penalty charges i will pay rest of amount please do this

          I have a very old customer relation in mpokket
          Few months back i will not able to pay 6000 loans for my family and job issue...then mpokket as a penalty ask to pay 10, 000 which is very high . I'm not currently in situation to pay such amount..so i want to request mpokket to waived off my penalties then i will pay my loans now and close my all loans.

I'm not currently in situation to pay such amount..so i want to request mpokket to waived off my penalties then i will pay my loans now and close my all loans.

                      I close my loan past 6 month back but till now i didnt received NOC I has no received through mail. and i mail you so many time but no response i request you to please send the mail and in CBIL it was not updated and i request you to please update in CIBIL Report also.

                              I have taken a loan of 13000 from mpokket and payed almost 14000+ through the app. Only taken 13000 and after that I don't take any one. Aslo the intrest become doubled and the customer executives started calling my relatives and They said they will send legal notice to my house and college.. I payed more than the loan amount and they said they will reduce the penalty amount.. but they not send any links to pay the amount and I can't connect with them through any channel. i payed alomost full amount and there is still 3 loans .. I asked the cyber police and they said to file a complaint against them. I payed more than 14000+ to pay the 13000 loan .. Still they not close the all loans

                                My registered number is[protected] . I am facing a problem in closing my loan. The number I used to register myself in mpokket is no longer in use. I kindly request you to provide me with an alternate so that I can close the loan.

                                Please do respond as soon as possible.Otherwise the interest will keep increasing.

                                    I want NOC (No objection Certificate)

                                    I have paid all the loans. There is no pending payments now. But it shows in my cibil statement that the loan is still active like that. Please close that and provide me the NOC ( No Objection Certificate ). I need to apply for my personal loan. I am in need of that certificate compulsorily please give the NOC certificate.
