Hello,
I am Himanshu Bagri and this mail is regarding loan settlement and closure. Since I was promised before that my penalty amount will be removed and I have to pay only principal amount but I haven't received any update regarding this.
I am a student and I didn't get any of the pocket money from my family. Also my family is facing a financial crisis.
I want to close the Mppoket loans. Hence I humbly request you...

This is regarding loan closure i took loan of rs 8000 but now it is showing 18000 rs I am a student and facing financial crisis i cannot pay such a huge amount also custoemr support told me that the over due amount will be removed but issue not resolved yet and it is impacting my cibilscore very bad.

Paid my loan amount of 1037, after that it was showing repayment under process and then after few minutes it is showing that the repayment has failed. I paid the loan amount through Google pay(screenshot is provided), as you can see payment has been made to mpokket and it was successful. The amount was paid but it is still showing that loan is due and the repayment has failed...

I taken loan amount of Rs.2000 on 8/11/2021. I was paid but it was in overdue and it affect my cibil.kindly please give a NOC for this loan.Its an emergency and kindly please do needful ASAP.

I took a loan from mpokket and I am not able to pay for money prblm but mpokket every time harrash me. Then I mail to mpokket support about harrashment then the harrashment is stopped but the loan is double now.. Their too much late fee. Mpokket totally doing fraud with me.. I paid all the loans 6 months back and I haven’t received NOC from Mpokket. Loans are reflecting in my CIBIL which is affecting my score. Kindly look into this....

I have took loan in the name of Harishankar. But I paid the amount and emailed to mpokket to close the loan and to send noc. But till now they didn’t respond to me or revert. It have been almost 1 month over since I emailed. Very worst customer service....

I took 4000 loan after 69 day they are charging 7000...

I have borrowed 6000 from the mpokket and the amount was overdue due to some reason but now If I have to pay then the Amount is double the amount which I have borrowed and is 13600/-...
