Request to waive off my penalty amount for my loan

i have 8 pending loan payments with a total loan amount of rs:15000/-
but now due late payment i have to pay a total amount of rs:40, 855/-
i am unable to pay total amount with penalty so request to waive off my penalty amount

      I have closed all the loans in December 21, 2021 already. There is no pending payments now. But it shows in my cibil statement that the loan is still active like that. Please close that and provide me the NOC ( No Objection Certificate ) for me please. Im in my financial need. I need to apply for my personal loan.           I didn't taken any loan, but still showing loan transactions in my cibil score

          Yesterday i have checked my cibil score where i found some loan transactions in mpokket application but i didn't take a single loan from this app, some different person name, gmail and voter I'd is showing attached to my pan card, please change details and remove those transactions from my cibil account it's making my credit score low.
          Please update the CIBIL report and remove the other person transaction from my report....

                  I am Anubhav Kumar, I have cleared all my dues and I want to delete my mpockket account if you could help in this and delete my account it will be very helpful.                     I have taken a loan of 13000 from mpokket and payed almost 14000+ through the app. Only taken 13000 and after that I don't take any one. Aslo the intrest become doubled and the customer executives started calling my relatives and They said they will send legal notice to my house college.. I payed almost above the amount and still ready to pay the remaining amount.. I don't have any job now. I am ready to pay the exact amount with out the intrest or please reduce the penalty amount. I[censored] reduce the penalty I can pay the pending amount. Please help me. I[censored] the mpokket team reduce the penalty I will able to pay.. Please consider my request.

                            Amount not received in bank account but showing disbursed

                            I haven't received a single penny from mPocket, but it's showing that the amount has been disbursed on 1 Aug, 2023. Mpocket claims that they transfer amount within 30 minutes but it's been hours. My bank server is also fine as I took other small loans from different apps and which didn't take more than 5 minutes. I have been using Mpocket for more than 1 years and this is the first time I didn't received any money from them. Please help me,...
