i am ainur ali molla ([protected]).I paid all my loan amount .Still when i inquiry my active loan history i found 1180/- opening date(21/10/21) is pending in civil .

Still showing plese remove that.

I am Chintan Solanki I have cleared all my dues and I want to delete my mpockket account if you could help in this and delete my account it will be very helpful.Take this action very seriously and delete my account forever as fast as possible and reply or give any response at least after deleting and update my CIBIL. I have been trying to close my account since July but Customer care doesn't want to listen what i say, they were only interested in my documents so they could increase my limit ... I said I want my account closed in reply they said they cannot help my and after struggling for more than 2 weeks I gave up on the idea until now ... Here I hope I will get some help in closing my account

I am Tamilselvan I have cleared all my dues and I want to delete my mpockket account if you could help in this and delete my account it will be very helpful.Take this action very seriously and delete my account forever as fast as possible and reply or give any response at least after deleting.My reason for deleting my account is now I have no need to use loan apps and credit cards I need to go for my further studies so I am clearing all my dues and focused on my career so please delete my account as fast as possible and update my CIBIL. I have paid my all emi and one time loans on time but they failed to report it to the the credit bureau like cibil and experian on time which is affecting my cibil. So please report it within in given time so my cibil and experian score remain balance. Last time i checked my cibil it was 757 and now it is 671. Please solve this problem asap

I actually requested for loan on mpokket but I haven't received the money yet in my account. I regularly get loan on it but this is the first time I am facing such issue and im really feeling bad. Please kindly look in the request. I requested for amount of 5000 and the app shows the loan has been processed and even the email from the mpokket but why I don't know I haven't received money yet. I have paid my loan after a few bounces due to my unavailability in India.Recently I Have paid and yet it is not showing paid and There is also your funding partner JALAN CHEMICALS in my cibil report; in which i have not taken any type of Loan. Resolve and update this issue ASAP as it already effected my cibil score. DO the needful.
