                I had sent multiple emails and texts via WhatsApp that I'm unable to open the mpokket app because of some issue from their end but haven't recieved any response which makes it difficult to repay timely loans.

                      Regarding loan settlement and closure and removal of overdue amount

                      Hello,
                      I am Himanshu Bagri and this mail is regarding loan settlement and closure. Since I was promised before that my penalty amount will be removed and I have to pay only principal amount but I haven't received any update regarding this.
                      I am a student and I didn't get any of the pocket money from my family. Also my family is facing a financial crisis.

                      This is regarding loan closure i took loan of rs 8000 but now it is showing 18000 rs I am a student and facing financial crisis i cannot pay such a huge amount also custoemr support told me that the over due amount will be removed but issue not resolved yet and it is impacting my cibilscore very bad.

                      Paid my loan amount of 1037, after that it was showing repayment under process and then after few minutes it is showing that the repayment has failed. I paid the loan amount through Google pay(screenshot is provided), as you can see payment has been made to mpokket and it was successful. The amount was paid but it is still showing that loan is due and the repayment has failed

                            I took a loan from mpokket and I am not able to pay for money prblm but mpokket every time harrash me. Then I mail to mpokket support about harrashment then the harrashment is stopped but the loan is double now.. Their too much late fee. Mpokket totally doing fraud with me..                                 I am V Ram Rudhvik Talluri, I have cleared all my dues and I want to delete my mpokket account if you could help in this and delete my account it will be very helpful my registered email is [protected]@gmail.com and my Mobile Number is [protected]. Take this action very seriously and delete my account forever as fast as possible and reply or give any response at least after deleting. My reason for deleting my account is now I have no need to use loan apps and credit cards I need to go for my further studies so I am clearing all my dues and focusing on my career so please delete my account as fast as possible and update my CIBIL. Please provide No due certificate(NOC) and close all my credit lines and update the CIBIL report, this will be helpful if you provide the NOC and close my credit lines.
