    My credit limit got decreased after paying loan on time

    My credit limit was 5000 after paying a loan it got decreased to 4500 please resolve the issue what happened and raise the limit back. as your trusted customer i am facing this issue resolve this. thank you...

      Available Credit limit not increasing showing 0 rs

      Taken the loan in covid but paid a but late due to family member expired.But paid all the panelty amount 1 year passed after paying the loan amount but still the available credit limit is not increasing.

        Complaining about Mpokket fake scam app

        I am complaining about m Pocket app which is a scam and fraud app as I repaid my loan but still they show that the loan is not paid and the customer service is so poor that they abuse and harass the customers with their private details and also sell your personal data to blackmailers to harass you for money. It's a fake app never just take loan from them they will destroy uh
        also I AM NOW LODGING A POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY...

            Logging a Consumer Complaint against your compony due to not updating cibil report

            Address: #246,20 th Main B-Block 3rd Stage Vijayanagara, Mysore MYSURU KARNATAKA 570017

            Hi mPokket,

            I will log a c consumer complaint against your company as I already made the payment and received NOC on same from you and I still see the loan account active and not cleared in Cibil report. Due to this I am unable to get the loan from banks. I have been trying to reach out through mobile not reachable even not getting a reply from the mail also.

            Ignoring this thread will lead to Police Complaint...

              Address: 63 Shivam Apartments 15B Cross, Nanjundeswara Layout JPNagar 5th Phase

              I have cleared loan account - 4004628 amount of Rs.4000 and I have received NOC for that from your end. But it is updated to cibil and in cibil report it shows clearly the loan account 4004628 and amount of Rs.4000 as Active. This has effected my score and not able to loan from banks.
              I request you to update and close loan account in 3 days for me.
              Else I would like to lodge a consume complaint on same against the company.

              I am already speaking with Lawyer to send notice on the issue and not clearing the issue from you people after making request with all documents of no due issued and loan not updating in cibil.
              3 days of time to contact me and get rid of consumer complaint and I might claim for delay and all cibil affect caused.

              Saturday I will lodge police complaint and move with my lawyer to court against this one. Even after providing details there is no sign of communication and cibil action.                     I did 3 repayments on 31st March. Out of them, two were successfully done and 1 was failed. But, money was debited from my account. I thought that the money will be returned to me by 2-3 working days but it's been more than 8 days and the money is still stuck in mpokket. Kindly help me resolve this issue. I am not able to contact them in any phase. Their voice support is unable and they are not replying to mails. Kindly help me.

                      I applied for the loan on 1st April 2023.
                      loan is still not credited into my bank account.
                      M-pokket application is showing that i take the loan on 1st April.
                      I sent the bank statement to their email but they are not providing any response. and they are not receiving call. help line number is working but the are disconnecting the call after hearing my issue.

                        I paid my loan rs 2150 on 31st March . It failed and my money is been debited from my account. Then I received a mail saying your money will be credited to by 5 to 7 days. But not credited yet. It's a serious issue for me as am a student.please resolve my problem ASAP.

                                I paid the amount of 480 rupees to mpokket to extend my loan due date. But, my money got debited from my bank account and it shows failed. But, my money git debited from my bank account. Its been 3 days i didn't get any reply from the mpokket team. I raised two tickets and sent mail to the team. But, i didn't get any reply. If we have any loan they litrally call so many times coming to this they are not reply anymore. Litrally shame on mpokket team. I need my money back ASAP. Give me the reply team. Thank you
