Abdul Rahman here Few months ago i took a loan from Mpokket and after that i lost my job for that reason unfortunately i did not paid this loan on time and i'm getting late fee charged daily Right now i want pay and close this case if they are waiving the late fee
Please help me out if possible i will be waiting for your response Thank you...

I have paise 2120 to mpokket the amount deducted from my account but they said you have to repay it again I won't pay 2 times . I have already paid the money back to them now its there job to handle it. They can't scam people please take actions

I took a loan from mpocket and repaid it on 31/3/23 but the loan repayment failed and the amount was debited from my account. So i opened their app and the loan was still showing active in the app. I submitted a complain on phone pe as i used it for the repayment and contacted my bank any they told me the payment was done to the merchant. I tried calling mpocket customer care but no one responded. Please have a look into it...

I've sent an email to mpokket team to close my account permanently. But still they are calling me. And still they dint close my account. They are asking me to increase my credit limit. Still I dint apply for loans yet

I paid my loan amount of 1041, after that it was showing repayment under process and then after few minutes I received an email showing that the repayment has failed. I paid the loan amount through PhonePay(screenshot is provided), as you can see payment has been made to mpokket and it was successful. The amount was paid but it is still showing that loan is due and the repayment has failed

Here I got a loan of 14000rs and after 45days they call me, and ask to pay 19064rs.As a student I am unable to pay my loan, and they said they send a legal notice and recovery agent.and harras me anyone please give me a solution.as of now i paid interest almost 20k

I took a LOAN in 2022, and after that, I was not able to pay for the LOAN for 3–4 months. After 4 months, when I was ready to pay the amount, they told me to pay the triple of the amount taken as a penalty for the 4 months delay. They have abused me a lot, and they are still calling me every day and abusing me like hell. They don't CARE about call recordings and will call multiple numbers from my CONTACT list for the recovery. Per the RBI rules, Even with someone consent, you cant recover  the money from some other random guys from the CONTACTs as they have not borrowed the money. Stop harrasing the people and close your company, which is just earning from the interest money forcibly collected from the CUSTOMERs. I am filing a formal complaint against them with 37 recordings of all the calls where they have said a lot of bad things that no company says. This harassments is of next level ### and this Chinese company shouldn't be allowed in our country. Even now, after this much time, they have tanked my Cibil score for a small amount, which is pathetic, and this needs to be stopped now.

I paid my 3 loan on 29.09.2021 but I affected my cibil score and unqualified by bank personal loan. Please urgent want myl oan closure certificate and NOC

I've took which is Rs.10000/- and now I've got a notice that by adding up all the penalties it has become Rs.20000/-.
Im Ready to pay my full loan amt that is Rs.10000/- i request you to remove my penalties .

They took loan on my behalf and after I open the app it charging high penality I can may the amount but the penality is worst also I got scammed by mpokket employees he took 10000 came to home and threaten me
They do not reply to mail

I have paid 12000 from the Mpocket app
And I have Closed my all Account
Problem is that Accounts are still showing on my cibil bearau portal
So I humble request to you Please Remove My loan Account On Cibil Bearau
I have paid all money and I have paid all loan amount
Please Remove These Accounts om cibil bearau because it is still impacted my Cibil score

I sent soo many mails regarding to the deletion of my account but they are not responding please help me to delete my Mpocket account permanently

Mpokket is calling my contacts which is not accepting though i have spoken about my situation to customer care. My mpokket has been due for a while due to financial situation I'm unable to pay because the overdue amount is very much high. i have told the same thing but yet they send calls and messages to my contacts

I took the loan from mpokket last year 10k due to financial problem(job lost) i failed to repay the loan amount including other nbfc but other nbfc waived off my penalty and i cleared my dues . Now my loan amount with penalty is 25000 I requested customer support to waive off the penalty but they didn't do anything. So I kindly request mpokket to waive off the penalty so that I can repay your loan. I can be reached at this email address [protected]@gmail.com.

Take this action very seriously and delete my account forever as fast as possible and reply or give any response at least after deleting.My reason for deleting my account is now I have no need to use loan apps and credit cards I need to go for my further studies so I am clearing all my dues and focused on my career so please delete my account as fast as possible and update my CIBIL. Please provide No due certificate(NOC) and close all my credit lines and update the CIBIL report, this will be helpful if you provide the NOC and close my credit lines.

3 or 4 months ago I was applied for mpokket scholorship and i get verified all my documents and also recieve a mail from mpokket in that mail they mention " Your all the documents get verified after 50 days your amount (3000 ) will credite in your bank account " but still i didn't get any scholorship amount from mpokket.
So please request them to credite my scholorship amount in my bank account .
