Sir I have taken loan from m pokket 10000.and credited my account around 8000 due to financial issue I can't pay I am a student.then I have mailed to m pokket give me some time.but they over charge me 23000 .i only give which amount I have taken.pls remove penalty.and i will give 10000 which I have taken.they called my family and friends and harrsment to them .pls resolve the issue.

    Overdue charge and abuse harassment heavy penalty

    Sir I have taken loan from m pokket 10000.due to financial issue I can't pay I mail to m pokket to give me some time then over charge me 23000 .I am a student how I can I pay I only gave which amount I have taken but they don't waive off penalty.pls waive off my penalty charges.i will give only 10000.and they called my family and harassment.pls resolve the issue....

    I have taken loan of 12k in app i lost my phone and when i took new sim they asked for 6k interest i told them i wont pay now after one year they are asking me 24k money and they calling my friends and family.please do something make them stop.

      Hey there. I have taken a few loans from mpokket and paid them on time and before the due dates. But still, they haven't closed my loan accounts and kept them active and they are affecting my credit score. Please resolve this immediately.

        Sir/ Madam, I borrowed 3000₹ from mpokket in past months. Usually I will pay my loans regularly. But now before 5 months I lost my mobile. So I'm unable to get my mpokket ID. I forgot my password details too. I'm not a worker, Im a student with now income from poor family. Now they asking me to pay approximately 7000₹ including fine amount. I can't able to pay the fine amount. If they remove the fine I'll pay the amount within 1 or 2 days from now. I'm feeling unwell mentally. If this going like this continuously I've no thoughts other than dying. I'm already a counselling atttended person. So please remove the fine amount(₹4000) . I request you the most and do kind of me.

              Credit limit got exhausted to zero.

              I am unable to borrow money anymore from mpokket. My credit limit got exhausted to zero. I have borrowed from mpokket multiple times in the past. I had also cleared all my dues with intrest but still I am unable to borrow. Please help me with the same.
              Moreover, my device has changed. I am also unable to change my primary device....

              Agents regularly calling my wife phone contacts and also abuse today 250/2/23

                        I have been using mPokket since long time but later while applying to credit cards etc i realized that because of not getting noc for every time i repaid credit cards were getting cancelled or rejected and cibil score is also reduced because of that.

                        As I don't want active loans to be seen in my cibil report even after getting ckeard so i requested for NOC from mPokket after clearing all dues on time, but they replied that they don't provide NOC for their customers.

                        Is this happens with any loan organizations.
                        Please take action against this so that customers are not treated this way.

                            Dues have been paid more than a year ago. When checking credit report via Experian and Equifax, 7 active loans on experian and 2 active loans on equifax still shown. Credit score has decreased. Tried email help but no response via mpokket.

                              Agents regularly calling my phone contacts and also abuse today 15/02/23
                              i paid some amount and say about my condition but after that collection agent abuse me and also say he can call my all contacts i now about so with in week i complaint consumer court i have audio recording and also contacts.of agents

                                  You are informed about all my loan payments, currently none are outstanding but in the loans of April account number/loan number CR96D860CFID16809730 august with account number/loan number CR8E296179ID21478547, September 2021 account number/loan number CR21B6611AID21254325 and CR339561BDID21395511, is paid but shown like overdue,
                                  all loan accounts are actively showing in my credit report So for this reason I am finding it difficulty to apply any loan and my cibil score getting down day by day.

                                  already requested to provide NOC but not positive response for company side.

                                    I have taken a loan of 12000 and i failed to clear it because of my fathers death now these people are asking me to 30000 with penalties.. I'm a student i cant pay that much amount.
                                    These people are calling my friends relatives and all my contacts everyday.. send legal action letters to home please help in getting out of this torture
