I paid my due loan of 1037 and the money deducted from my account.But you aren't update it. As a proof I have transaction Id and screenshot. Accept it from your side or refund it. Then after I can repay it.plz look into the matter before calling me. As this issue is not new for you....

Transaction of Rs 2146 done on Phonepe on 22/11/22 @ 2:15 pm. It shows successful payment there but Repayment failed at mpokket app. Money debited from bank account but still not refunded back.

I have been using mpokett and takes a loan of 2000, when i repay my loan, in mpokket apps it say payment failed but in my bank account it is debited please refund my money..I have all details like screenshot bank statement etc...
