                        Someone gave my number to his reference for loan and they are calling me daily

                        All of a sudden a employee from mpokket has called me asking me for the person i dont know .
                        Even i m saying them sorry i dont know the person they are just threatning me and the employee was too harsh
                        I didnt sign anywhere i did not gave my num personally nor did i agree to put me as a reference
                        Please make them understand this issue
                        And they were saying the customer name is Hardik Singh who took the loan...

                          I have took a loan of 9000rs from mpokket in the month of October'20. At that time, I suffered with critical condition due to severe COVID effect and can't able to pay the loan amount. I thought it would be good for paying the loan amount after the COVID situation. But when I want to repay my loan amount they have charged very high Interest rate with a due of 21000rs. From the past few months I was asking settlement but they aren't. And now they are forcing me pay 21000rs.

                              I have closed all the loans on time only but its still in active status which is long back. It is showing as 6 active loans when i am not even holding one loan.

                                  Sir I have taken 10000 loan from m pokket due to financial issues i can't pay money in 344 days they charged 24000 .how can I pay high intrest penalty.i am ready to pay my principal amount bt they charged high intrest.so I want settlement they harrasment me and call to my family and torcher .so pls sir solve the issue I am a student
