I have took a loan of 9000rs from mpokket in the month of October'20. At that time, I suffered with critical condition due to severe COVID effect and can't able to pay the loan amount. I thought it would be good for paying the loan amount after the COVID situation. But when I want to repay my loan amount they have charged very high Interest rate with a due of 21000rs. From the past few months I was asking settlement but they aren't. And now they are forcing me pay 21000rs.
Can you please help me to get settlement for loan?

          Sir I have taken 10000 loan from m pokket due to financial issues i can't pay money in 344 days they charged 24000 .how can I pay high intrest penalty.i am ready to pay my principal amount bt they charged high intrest.so I want settlement they harrasment me and call to my family and torcher .so pls sir solve the issue I am a student

              I am akhil kumar my register email id is [protected]@gmail.com and register mobile number is [protected], my reference id is ref3899291, i had paid my all loans months ago but still those loans are showing in my cibil report as active status and i didn't get any noc from mpokket and for the past 3 months i am sending emails to mpokket supporting team regarding this issue but i didn't get any response for their end, now i am unable to apply for further loans this issue is effecting on my cibil score day by day, if i get noc i am eligible to apply further loans bank's asking this noc certificate.

              note: i need noc please provide my noc as soon as possible.

                  Guys don't take any loans from mpokket they are first of all not registered with RBI and their overdue charges are too high. I was taken loan 8000 but they are saying to pay 15600.

                  A person is unable to paying 8000 rupees then how he will pay 15600 rupees

                          I am Govind Sapkade and I have paid all my loans before the due date . Now I want my no due certificate as all the pending loans is still showing in my cibil score, I am the student and need education loan of high amount to study my masters degree and due to this issue bank have asked me to give no dues certificate from the Loan application, I have tried reaching out to your customer support team on mail and on call but no response i received yet, I am in the big problem please I request you to provide me no due certificate .                             I had a due amount of 36000 with mPokket. Even after paying the whole amount, they have not provided me with NOC. it's a humble request to provide me with the NOC and remove all the loans from the cibil report. As I have to apply for another loan due to some medical emergencies.

                              I had a due of 36000 with mPokket. I have paid that nearly 10 days and when I wrote them back to provide me with the NOC, they did not responded. Even after writing them several times I have not received it. Kindly help me to get that.

                                You are informed about all my loan payments, currently none are outstanding but in the month of September all loan accounts are actively showing in my credit report So for this reason I am finding it difficulty to apply any loan and my cibil score getting down day by day.

                                  Fraud/Fake loan showing on my cibil account

                                  Respected sir,
                                  I am Subham on my cibil score shows an unknown loan from Mpokket finance ltd whereas the loan is not brought by me. someone is using my pan no and creating this issue. because of this I'm facing an issue with my cibil score.

                                  kindly solve this issue....

                                  I want to tell you that I am associated with your company for a long time, I have paid every loan on time and ahead of time but I am not very happy with your services because few days back I mailed you about my problem But till now no reply has come from your side.

                                  I want to remind you again that you guys have not updated my 2021 year loan payment in CIBIL due to which I am facing a lot of problems and not getting a loan anywhere.
