Hi Team,

Actually I complete all mpokket loans. But still it shows like not clear in cibil report. The mpokket team is not update properly even I sent a mail to mpokket team regarding closing loans. No response from them. Kindly file this complain and do the needful.

    I paid the amount full but still unable to take a loan again even after done kyc with a new phone it still seems to be done and after many compliments at the end the show problem resolved but I'm still facing the problem

      Dear Mpokket,
      I want to tell you that I am associated with your company for a long time, I have paid every loan on time and ahead of time but I am not very happy with your services because few days back I mailed you about my problem But till now no reply has come from your side.

      I want to remind you again that you guys have not updated my September month loan payment in CIBIL due to which I am facing a lot of problems and not getting a loan anywhere.

                  I have paid my complete loan in mpokket and had not received NOC yet even after mailing.. mpokket while asking for repayment there was no problem in contacting .later after payment I could not contact at all.. I have sent several mails for NOC of my pyment. But not responded till now.

                    I have took a loan amounting to 25000 in COVID time and they have charged a heavy interest on the loan and they are harassing me to pay 50000+ to clear the dues and I'm unable to pay that, now that are misusing my profile, please do help me in this...

                    Hello. Didn't your team promised me that I will not receive any calls till February 2023.Why am I receiving fraud calls again and again and harrassing me continuously.They contacted my contact list and tried defaming my name.Earlier when I raised complaint on consumer you guys called and promised that I will not receive any single calls from you till February 2023.Yet again you guys started harrassing me and my contact list . Contacting my family members saying the person is coming with goons today

                            I had applied two consecutive loans from mpokket. It showing that money is disbursed into my account. But I haven't received any money from mpokket. Its been 3 days. I have contacted through phone, email but there is no response from them. In app that showing repayment due date. Please resolve it fast.

                                I just requested a loan of amount ₹1000rs on mpokket app today at 10:27 and it says amount is disbursed but I didn’t received any money in the bank i verified in the mpokket app
                                so i would like to file a complaint against mPokket in consumer complaints forum and i will also file a cyber crime complaint in cybercrime.gov.in

                                  I paid my due loan of 1037 and the money deducted from my account.But you aren't update it. As a proof I have transaction Id and screenshot. Accept it from your side or refund it. Then after I can repay it.plz look into the matter before calling me. As this issue is not new for you.
