    Primary device problem

    I have taken a loan from your company and its running smoth from last 3_4 month and I just update my phone version nothing else and today I make payment of loan and when I try to get loan again it's seems a error that your device is change but I did not change my device ...

    Pls resolve the issue as soon as possible ...

    I am a widow and a pensioner. my unemployed son who is taking loan again again from this app and torture me to pay the loan. its very difficult me to pay those loans i am 58 above and a BP patient please stop this app to giving loan. how could these provides loan to unemployed person without any consent of anyone and call me again again and sending me message with illegal interest rates and harass me to pay those loans with double interest rates. they give loan again and again after paying all. and currently he take again loan and when i paid a part of it with their illegal interest they again provide him loan on that day. kindly help me what should i do if such things continues. my son mpokket id REF4512670

          My name is Rohith Reddy. I have cleared all my loan dues that i have taken from Mpokket but still it hadn't been reflected in my cibil score report, it shows that those two loans that i have already paid were still active and running and its damaging my cibil score. Kindly resolve my issue.

              I have paid the taken loan within the time, but untill now they have not be closed my account.
              They service is worst and they don't even update, it been 2 and half month still not updated.
              It's an fraud company...i am stressed out.

                Yes I have taken loan from mpokket. It's 221 days past for overdue of loan. I don't wants to pay there amount. Bcz it's not registered nbfc under Rbi. After strict restrictions given by Rbi and Cbi. These fraud lending app mpokket is harrshing me and hacking all contact no and also harrshing thm. Thy are charging higher int.rates.please I request Rbi to take serious action against mpokket. Close this app permanently.in mail thy are sending me legal notice letters and saying thy Il send letters to me sling with all whom I contact with.

                    Last year i was using mpokket took loan and paid all my due upto 20000 and cleared every single Rupee, now when i was checking my cibil report there are 3 active loans which i have been already cleared this is effecting my cibil score please help me out to clear my issue and help me to get my NOC regarding the MPOKKET LOAN

                        Late fee and penalty is very high and not giving waiver

                        Mpokket is not removing my late fee and penalty when I asked them I don't have any job i am facing financial problems please remove all late fee and penalties.Every other loan companies are removing all late fees except mpokket.please help me

                          I have taken loan from mpokket of 2200 each of 5 loans they deduct the intrest before credtiting the amount so i received 2000 each for 5 loans so now i have to pay them 11000 and they gave me 10000 which is completely fine but due to some issues i wasnt able to pay the loan on time which kept on increasing day by day i am jobless and hopeless since 4 months i emailed them and called them explained my issue that i am not even able to pay...

                          I am taking a loan from mpocket i tried to pay but app showing some error and i am unable to pay after sometime when i open the app and tried to repay the intrest is higher than as usual and this is not legal please stop calling me if the phone doesnt stop i will take drastic step i am commiting sucide and only blame goes to mpocket.
