      Above loan are already closed . But reflecting active in my cibil report. Kindly update it as a closed on urgent basis.

      Did payment since 2 months.

      Don't know what is the issue with Mpokket after so many mails intimation, still they are not updating as a closed status.

      Kindly help to resolve this.

      Updated by Capetown1       I am taking follow up since 2 months. No resolution from Mpokket. Due to this I have suffered a huge loss my home loan case delayed and rejected. Just because of mpocket not given solution on time
      Kindly help to resolve this and update as a closed status in my cibil credit bureau.

        I applied for a loan in mpokket, like everyday I expected mpokket to transfer it to my bank account immediately, but that didn't happen. I have been in confusion ever since. Have been seeking help from mpokket services, but none worked. Please look into the matter.

          I have applied for 5 loans of 1000 each and from that only 2 loan amount of 1000 each is credited to my account the rest 3 have not been credited to my account and those three also are showing in my open loan activity. I am urgent of money and this is happening with me so I would request you to kindly see to my complaint and resolve my issue as soon as possible. I have attached all the screenshots with this.

            I took three loans of rs 500 from which I received two loans amount but still didn't get the third loan amount and it shows that money is disbursed in mpokket app

I had called customer care service more than 50 times they did not pick the call always it says busy busy n end up the call

                                    I am a widow and a pensioner. my unemployed son who is taking loan again again from this app and torture me to pay the loan. its very difficult me to pay those loans i am 58 above and a BP patient please stop this app to giving loan. how could these provides loan to unemployed person without any consent of anyone and call me again again and sending me message with illegal interest rates and harass me to pay those loans with double interest rates. they give loan again and again after paying all. and currently he take again loan and when i paid a part of it with their illegal interest they again provide him loan on that day. kindly help me what should i do if such things continues. my son mpokket id REF4512670
