    mpokket app activity shows loan amount disbursed but loan amount does not credited in my bank account.still mpokket customer does not responding me.so i request you to solve my issue.

          I have paid my loan on 26/07/22 before my due date and the payment was totally successful from paytm but the app is showing that payment was unsuccessful and failed.nad the intrest is increasing and they are calling to repay the amount regularly but not understanding the problem.i am writing the mail to their support no proper response they are saying payment is failed worst customer support iam getting this is affecting my cibil score.please help me out.they are not supporting to my complain.

              I have been following up with the company numerous times with emails and calls, they are only sending me payment receipts but I need NOC as I’m getting calls stating my dues are unpaid, it would be better if they send me NOC as soon as possible

                I took loan from mpokket and now the fine is 2 times from the loan what i took. I lost my job 3 months back so not able to pay. I am willing to pay now. Please remove the fine so that I can pay all dues at once

                  Received a legal notice and i m registring my complain in court ..as i was valuable customer i took loan of some amount and repay on time after that i lost my phone number and my phone and today after 1 and half year i recive a legal notice regarding payment with high interest charge kindly contact me ..if we can talk in person and i m going forward with all my right as i m a student and this is injustice to us..there are many people who is facing same as mine...kindly contact me through mail.

                    I don't have any dues remaining on me, I have cleared all dues . Still some of credit accounts are showing as Active. And it is affecting my credit score. It has been more than 6 months since I paid the dues. Still they have not updated it in CRIF credit report. Kindly help me regarding this

                        I want to close my account asap because i got a call from the no.- [protected] and saying Tarun Lal uploaded my documents in his account how he can upload my documents in his account i uploaded my documents in my account in year 2020 and than i asked whats the problem with me i didnt take any loan he is like i dont know anything even told me we are generating 1 legal document against you with his pictures(jab badnami hogi tab maja aayega) what kind of service you are having...there is no fault of me if someone is taking loan why they are shouting on me if i will get a such calls again i will put a FIR and close my account asap.

                                I am Syed Mansoor Ali I have cleared all my dues and I want to delete my mpockket account if you could help in this and delete my account it will be very helpful. Registered Mobile Number: [protected]. Take this action very seriously and delete my account forever as fast as possible and reply or give any response at least after deleting.My reason for deleting my account is now I have no need to use loan apps and credit cards I need to go for my further studies so I am clearing all my dues and focused on my career so please delete my account as fast as possible and update my CIBIL. Please provide No due certificate(NOC) and close all my credit lines and update the CIBIL report, this will be helpful if you provide the NOC and close my credit lines.

                                      Hlo, am useing mpokket app since 9months, But it was on my fathers accout, like PAN was given by my dads, now i need to change it for mine, the remaining doc., like Aadhar, mobile numbers & Bank account was mine only, so my request is like need to change PAN and my name should be updated

                                        I actually requested for loan on mpokket but I haven't received the money yet in my account. Please kindly look in the request. I requested for amount of 2000 and the app shows the loan has been processed and even the email from the mpokket but why I don't know I haven't received money yet. Please check it
