Updated by Roshni14 I have submitted two loan requests of Rs.2000 and it's approved and I've received sanction letter also but amount not credited in my bank account. I've mailed a couple of times but no response received from mpokket team. Customer care centre disconnects call automatically stating that agents aru busy.

      I, request you guys It's (mpokket) is worst app don't take loan this take more interest rates and harassing daily I took just 7500 they are asking 14500 just 12 months if i didn't pay money he sent legal notice at my address home. Every mpocket victims suffer from this legal notice then now i decided to file case against the mpoket in near by cyber crime police station, comsumer rights office, and all judicial branches. I am also saying to mpokket that i will now not pay this loan because i am. not in condition of it because you did wrong with me.

          I'm here to say that whenever i try to pay the app goes back and my bank is also not working my all online transaction are not working whenever i try to pay back my loan it also goes back to the main page and i need to time to pay back my loans as my bank account is giving some problems i need 2 months or 1 month time to back my loans

                    I paid 196 as a loan extension amount for a loan due on 20th may but that does not reflect on the aap .on top of it I am being charged 16 rs per day additional charge.

                      MPokket registration number change

                      I lost my registered mPokket mobile number and now mPokket is harrasing my contacts by calling them everyday,
                      I have called their customer care number to change my phone number but everytime I get the same message that their executives are currently busy?
                      What should I do can i file complaint against them for harrasing my contacts?...

                        I taken loan in 2021 .. now they make a double amount than the actual amount.. i take 10000. Now they are asking 22000 .. i can pay that much amount. .. with out listening my words in calls they send the notice. I just want to pay actual amount with intrest .. otherwise I also go legally... By make cyber repost against this

                            I have been your user from last 2 years, yet after paying the loan they have blocked my account borrowing limit.
                            Neither there consumer care number is reachable.
                            Why this company doesn't have any working regulations.
                            They are charging so much amount of fine, yet when it comes to service they hold there step back.
                            Kindly increase my borrowing limit as soon as you can.

                                  I have applied for 4 loans of Rs 2000 each of which two loans were credited into my account instantly while the other two hasn't not been credited into my account yet. I have even mailed my bank statement to company service also . I am constantly trying to contact their customer care number which is not getting connected. The loan number of all loans i took on same day is as follows
