I have been your user from last 2 years, yet after paying the loan they have blocked my account borrowing limit.
Neither there consumer care number is reachable.
Why this company doesn't have any working regulations.
They are charging so much amount of fine, yet when it comes to service they hold there step back.
Kindly increase my borrowing limit as soon as you can.

        I have applied for 4 loans of Rs 2000 each of which two loans were credited into my account instantly while the other two hasn't not been credited into my account yet. I have even mailed my bank statement to company service also . I am constantly trying to contact their customer care number which is not getting connected. The loan number of all loans i took on same day is as follows
        MKBFC662AFID35204080, MK4F3E6220ID35204075, MK697D620DID[protected]it has been credited),
        MK5F6562FBID[protected]it has been credited)
        The other two is not been credited but in app its showing its been credited please help me to resolve the issue please i have attached bank statement screenshot

                I tried to repay the amount of Rs.2360 due date on 28thApril22, the amount was debited from my bank account but the repayment of load showed failed, hence i tried again and repayed. But my first try amount has still not refunded prior 72hrs. Please take immediate action and process the refund as being a student that amount of money is a big deal.

                          Yes, my account is closed now. Will the CIBIL record of all the loan transactions be removed too? There are 50+ loan accounts from Mpokket showing in my CIBIL report.

                            At 16 feb 2022.all cleared my three laon.but the company doesn't update my cibil score. i'm tried alot to contact him .but company doesn't want to resolve this issue. i'm sent so many mail to [protected]@mpokket.com.
                            and get a replayed mail like i'm working on its take 7 to 10 days but still he didn't. the mPokket company is a scammer he threat innocent people and traps for bad.
                            ..plz help me to resolve this issue and udate may cibil score.

                              This company mpokket too much harassing.im clear all my loan and their overdues but still im get a legal notice by mpokket.Is this the way the company operates? how ridiculous job.
                              when i took loans from mpokket . the company called me so much spamming calls by their agents and threaten me like for clear your overdues otherwise you will be come in trouble the company took legal action against you.

                              I admit that I have been late in clearing the dues but after some days i'm clear all my over dues. Then why did this notice come?,
                              this mpokket is totally a scam company they cheating innocent people.

                                  Dear support team,
                                  I am Syed Mansoor Ali I have cleared all my dues and I want to delete my mpockket account if you could help in this and delete my account it will be very helpful my registered email is [email protected] and Mobile Number: 7989007229. Take this action very seriously and delete my account forever as fast as possible and reply or give any response at least after deleting.My reason for deleting my account is now I have no need to use loan apps and credit cards I need to go for my further studies so I am clearing all my dues and focused on my career so please delete my account as fast as possible and update my CIBIL. Please provide No due certificate(NOC) and close all my credit lines and update the CIBIL report, this will be helpful if you provide the NOC and close my credit lines.

                                      I have submitted two loan requests of Rs.2000 and it's approved and I've received sanction letter also but amount not credited in my bank account. I've mailed a couple of times but no response received from mpokket team. Customer care centre disconnects call automatically stating that agents aru busy.
