This is inform you that one month bank statement attached, to increase limit 3 month bank statement required, now i m facing problem to upload Bank statement, it showing message " complete your application for limit increase " after tapping on next it showing "we are reviewing your application for limit increase"

      I taken a loan 11000 but due to covid-19 and lockdown I have Could not do it pay on time.Your recovery team day by day mental torture me just like I am a criminal. Which has upset me a lot.So upset that i believe in suicide. I am student so not any income source of me . I request please waive off my late penalty fee. and i definitely will do pay my loan amount same day.

          Payments made against the loan taken in mpokket has not been updated on the credit bureau which is affecting my credit score. The customer care is not responding and no reply to mails as well. The paymrnt is not updated to 7 accounts in total. sharing the details

              The Loan Amount is 2000, Repayment was Done On-Time But the Mpokket didn't update the Proper Loan Account Data To Cibil . In Cibil Report Still Shows the Loan Account is Active.After the Dispute raised with Cibil.They Said the Mpokket Didn't give the Correct Loan Account Data, Thus Why the Credit Decreased by the Mpokket Information.

                Please accept my request mpokket team, writing this mail in a very severe and worst condition our place Assam (silchar) is badly affected by flood & severe rainfall over the past few days where there is no road as well as rail connectivity, communication is very poor, shortage of drinking water & no electricity for past few days, my only request is to please provide me 30% discount in penalty amount of the total loan so that i can repay the full amount now, it would be a great help if you provide some 30% discount in my total loan amount keeping in mind the above factors, as i am not in a position to repay the full amount ( including full interest) hoping to hear some positive reply as soon as possible.

                    Today morning i received call from mpokket team saying that he is from legal team and threatened me for life and defamation. I have taken loan and always paid earlier than the timeline however everyone faces some issue at some point of time I have asked the team to wait for few days and we will do the payment however the team said we can't wait need money now or sending goons to your house to defame and create scene within an hour. We 2 lady stays there. They are definitely not following any RBI guidelines According to my knowledge they can only send me legal documents and not 5 goons . I contacted the customer service team where they have promised me on call that they will put the collection activity on hold for 1 month however once i kept the call they whatsapp me they can't. These guys are not following RBI guidelines not keeping promises too. This is definitely life threatening kindly do something to help

                      I am co- ordinating with the app from 1 year and continuously my limit was increased but this time I have not payed ammount of 11000 to which they are saying you have to pay 20000 with penalty or else someone will come to your home and deal with you
                      Even forced by them I have paid 805 which my installment was 500 still they have called my father next day and given him stress
                      Now he is in hospital bcz of this and they are continuing call then also.

                        I took a LOAN from mpokket . As I was getting calls from employees and starting harassing me ... They used to blackmail me by calling all my relatives friends colleagues... Sooo i taught if paying it back .. so one of there employees asked me to pay full LOAN amount ... Soo that in future u won't have to pay a single penny to company... Sooo i have paid 8k in August 2020 ... I taught it's all over now ... But it's 2022 n i m settle getting calls from pocket regarding payment n all ... As I have cleared all my dues ... They are using very abusive words in me .. they are scolding my mom sister father n elder brother ... I want to kill those mpokket ### ... Just need a way ... Sooo i need ua help

                          I had requested for a loan today, after that I looked at the activity and saw the loan was approved and disbursed but I have not received money yet I went to FAQ to resolve to complain about my issue still no response, I also sent two three mails but no response it's been 4hours, I also tried to call their mpokket agent but getting busy many times please fix my problem I have not received money but loan is DISBURSED.

                          The amount was not disbursed but in the app it was showing already the amount is disbursed so regarding thtat I wrote a mail and that time only it was resolved in a few minutes or max 30 mins the amount was in my account so it's resolved./

                                      I Paras Soni took a loans from mpokket and paid them back on time but still mpokket is showing 3 loans due in my cibil due to which my credit score is affecting

                                      The loan is not cleared by jalan chemical industry rather than paying my bills on time they are not clearing them on my cibil score

                                        I met with an accident earlier by which i was unable to pay my dues...now they charged an high interest...i am not going to pay the interest also i am not able to...so i am requesting you to waive off my interest so that I can total due and upcoming due at once...mpokket agent is also unreachable
