Threatening me with legal notice, my only option is suicide

I took a loan from mpokket. I lost my registered number. The only login option available is through otp in registered mob number. After so many months when I tried to take a bank loan for my surgery puropse (if surgery not done I lose my life), it's shown that my cibil score is affected with jalan chemicals and when I seeked help from a friend to know the details, found that jalan chemicals related to mpokket . I don't know why this people are threatening and calling my parents continuously for no reason and I don't have any thing to repay and I'm fed up of telling this people like i haven't anything to pay back and I don't know how they have hacked my contact details and number and all my personal information and calling my friends and relatives and asking about the repayment.please stop this type of things and don't call my family people for this things and one more thing is like whenever we are doing call back we are getting switched off in this number and not able to do the things so please stop this

      I taken loan amount of rs 7000 from mpokket. They changed high rate of penalties on my principal amount.
      Per day they charging 8rupees for 1 thousand. The penalty charges are more than my principal amount. Please give waiver on my penalties and I am ready to pay my principal amount.

            I have taken loan from M pocket every time i repyed their amount time to time in lock down I don't have money to pay now they asking 24, 000 to pay for 10, 000 in google they said taking only 6% interest rate but actually they tacking 10% of interest so please 🙏me from this app

              I have taken loan but due to covid lockdown I was unable to repay my loan as my loan repayments was during lockdown. When the indian government has said everyone to to pay loan and get relief for 6 months on EMI or any type of loan but they are calling my contacts from my device and saying them I have taken loan on their I'd proof and threatened me to repay or they will call my contacts in my device and share my images they are not following the RBI guidelines. I had a talk to there customer representatives regarding my loan that I will pay my loan in 2 half they have agreed but know they are not agreeing on their words and continue calling on my contact without my knowledge.

                I took loan from mpokket 12000 rupees due to lockdown i failed to make repayment on time so they charge me extra fine i sent mail and i said that i m ready to pay my loan amount with interest but i never pay late fee but they replied i have pay all amount so denied to pay, , now they are calling me and force to pay 25000 rupees for 12000 rupees of loan amount. they threating me and call my relatives and abused him they call with multiple number . i m ready to pay 12000 only and give me 2 months times

I regularly get loan on it but this is the first time I am facing such issue and im really feeling bad. Please kindly look in the request. Contacts, sms, device information, installed apps, etc. They can use this information to identify your relatives and contact them. Their customer service is pathetic. They don't take calls when we call them. But they will reach you in minutes to harass and call you. They must provide an option to delete all the data they collected and deregister from the company if a user...

                              Address: Kanjkiro, Bokaro, Jharkhand

                              I had paid full pement with interest one month before, but till now my civil was not clear, when i mail to mpokket support they asking civil report, that also i had given but they are telling rubish language please don't do like this of any one civil. I am not happy with mpokket family.

                                  There are no changes of my loan closing account status
                                  Loan payment is done on August 16 but it's not closed yet
