I have taken loan but due to covid lockdown I was unable to repay my loan as my loan repayments was during lockdown. When the indian government has said everyone to to pay loan and get relief for 6 months on EMI or any type of loan but they are calling my contacts from my device and saying them I have taken loan on their I'd proof and threatened me to repay or they will call my contacts in my device and share my images they are not following the RBI guidelines. I had a talk to there customer representatives regarding my loan that I will pay my loan in 2 half they have agreed but know they are not agreeing on their words and continue calling on my contact without my knowledge.

    I took loan from mpokket 12000 rupees due to lockdown i failed to make repayment on time so they charge me extra fine i sent mail and i said that i m ready to pay my loan amount with interest but i never pay late fee but they replied i have pay all amount so denied to pay, , now they are calling me and force to pay 25000 rupees for 12000 rupees of loan amount. they threating me and call my relatives and abused him they call with multiple number . i m ready to pay 12000 only and give me 2 months times

              I actually requested for loan on mpokket but I haven't received the money yet in my account. I regularly get loan on it but this is the first time I am facing such issue and im really feeling bad. Please kindly look in the request. I requested for amount of 1000 and the app shows the loan hasbeen processed and even the email from the mpokket but why I don't know I haven't received money yet. Please check it

                This company collects a huge amount of data from the users mobile. Contacts, sms, device information, installed apps, etc. They can use this information to identify your relatives and contact them. Their customer service is pathetic. They don't take calls when we call them. But they will reach you in minutes to harass and call you. They must provide an option to delete all the data they collected and deregister from the company if a user...

                  I had paid full pement with interest one month before, but till now my civil was not clear, when i mail to mpokket support they asking civil report, that also i had given but they are telling rubish language please don't do like this of any one civil. And saying everything. They are not maintaing privacy and interest too high..i also requested that i will pay 10% more than i took they are not ready ..

                                I have taken a loan amount in lockdown and i am not able to make payment due to losses of my job. i took 10000 rs and after they want 21khaey are saying 56% waver in interest (iam asking to send my lone details adni intrest ammount details on mail but they are not sending mail and the are saying check in app but with out any informaion they are calling my contact list) the loan intrest is higher then others. they are calling my parents and and my contacts list says that they will arrive at home for recovery . kindly help
