    I have taken loan from you, i want to pay my all loans and please help me with links, i have lost phone and covid attacked us, so i could not pay any loans i took till now, if you help me i will pay loans, i already in loss of all the money for hospitals, just remove interest and penalties on all loans and send link for each loan every monday morning i will repay actual, its my humble request to you, thank you

      I took loans from mpokket during lockdown and currently not having money to pay .. my loans have increased to 21000 rs and they are harrassing me and calling all my contacts. And saying everything. They are not maintaing privacy and interest too high..i also requested that i will pay 10% more than i took they are not ready ..

        I have already paid all my loans then to it shows active on my cibil report till now and its been more than 6 months and i called the team but didn't received any message from team. Now I loss my job due to these active loans, how can I resolve this

          I have taken a loan amount in lockdown and i am not able to make payment due to losses of my job. i took 10000 rs and after they want 21khaey are saying 56% waver in interest (iam asking to send my lone details adni intrest ammount details on mail but they are not sending mail and the are saying check in app but with out any informaion they are calling my contact list) the loan intrest is higher then others. they are calling my parents and and my contacts list says that they will arrive at home for recovery . kindly help

                  I received a call in afternoon and the executive told he is from Mpokket and then he asked me to pay a loan amount of 10000 which was taken by one of my college mate to whom i even not know properly.

                  They are saying you are loan guarantor and you need to pay on his behalf.

                  How in the world this could happen? it is affecting me mentally and i am not able to proceed to my work.

                              Dear Sir/Mam
                              I have taken loan from your company and was unable to pay because of medical emergency going with me till now and i have email you several times that am ready to pay the principal amount please remove my late fees charges so i can pay easily but you not respond me on that and now you have sent me legal notice on my address which is not good as its fraud as every bank or nbfc remove late fees charges when customer wants to settlement or agrees to pay principal amount then why your company cant remove it.

                                Hi I have been using M-pokket application for loans and repaying regularly with interest. i just found they are collecting all my data like messages contacts phone history and This is totally wrong and against the rule.                                   Hi this is Nemachandran I have taken a loan in a app called mpokket during lockdown days and I usually pay it at the correct time but due to some personal and job loss I'm not able to pay my later loans and because of that those app agents are abusing me with words and blackmailing and torturing me with tha video and documents submitted I'm not able to handle the pressure which is giving me second thoughts. Please do help me out.

                                    Primary device change

                                    Kindly approve my request for change primary device . RIGISTERED NO. [protected], as i have changed my old phone (LENOVO K8) and purchased a new phone of XIOMI Redmi Note 10S M2101K7BI.
                                    Kindly approve my request of changing primary device as i m not able to take loan.
