Loan closure not done even after paying

Hello,

This mpokket called my all the contacts and asked for money. They called my father and said that I have taken 18000 loan and asked him to pay 10000 for closing the file. We paid 10000 in 2019 and now after 2 years they are again calling and asking to pay 9000 more other wise we will continue putting penalty. This is going beyond the limits....

Money deducted twice and then not willing to refund my money

In january i was paying for a loan and the transaction got unsuccesfull and the money was debited from my bank account and then i was told from mpokket side that i will have to repay again otherwise they will start charging fine and i will get the older money refunded but now its more than 25 days and i have not got a single money refunded to me, everytime i complain to them, then they give some time and after that time also i wont get any...

Hi, My name is Dinesh Marthala and i am having loan of rs.10000 in mpokket and they are harassing me to pay 31000 and later earlier they came to a settlement and the agent asked me to pay 12000rs. and i agreed to that. after paying 9000 they are asking again 6000rs to pay. They cheated me....

I don't want this account because getting many calls they irritate me a lot and the credit limit is very less they charge high interest and it does not work on emergency. Delete it as soon as possible...

The loan amount of rs 2000/-, which is taken on January 11 at 03:58 pm, didn't credited till now.please rectify your mistake and make sure to deposit my amount otherwise cancel it....
