money is deducted but transferfailed

My money is deducted from my account but transaction failed through online to mpokket app ..happens on Aug 7 ..my account no: [protected].. account holder name : gantyada pavankumar..rs of 1175 was gone ..they told your bank will credit in three days but not happens..my money is not refunded
I was again paid that money..on aug10 because the interest rate is increased dayby day by the mpokket ...
Please see that my money...

not providing loan

Well it's a loan providing company.in past i take the few loans and i repaid on times. But now its not shown any amount for borrowing. I'm also contact them but they do not give me proper reason or response. What is the reason behind of this and i need money urgently.
Now this company is providing very worst service. At which time i need money in urgency that time they do not give me.
So pls help me further in this and resolve...

amount has debited from account but merchant not received

I paid the amount of rupees 2400 to the mpokket through the paytm upi on 21/06/2019 the amount of rupees 2400 the amount has been debited from account but the merchant didnt received the money and the merchant is saying that the transaction is failure and money not recived so please solve my problem as soon as possible aur refund my money aur solve my problem...

refund money

I have done my mpokket loan payment through Paytm through my bank debit card my transaction got failed and loan payment got cancelled they dint receive any failed transaction message I to dint get any failed transaction message but money deducted from my bank so please do refund as early as possible i hve to pay my loan 7 working days completed but still I didn't get any refund frm u...
