Sir i had already made payment on time against my loans but it showing open on my cibil report due to which my cibil score get affected and it decreases day by day. So please help me in it and make that issue clear

I took a loan of rs. 3000 and due to this lockdown I am unable to pay this and the interest has sum upto rs. 9000. You people have hacked my phone contacts and gallery, calling people from my contacts illegally and sharing my personal information. You Mpocket people are also sending me threatening email. If this harassment does not stop I will be complaining to consumer forum for this illegal practice.

The loan amount of rs 2000/-, which is taken on Nov 18 at 02:16 pm, didn't credited till now.please rectify your mistake and make sure to deposit my amount otherwise cancel it.

I have taken loan from mpokket, I can't pay from lockdown they will add penalty very high, my loan amount ...

I received a call from mpokket agent about my payment and he started threatening me and my mom to make the immediate repayment. I lost the job because of pandemic and my father Is deceased . So I have no means to repay the debt. I am currently looking for a job and i will repay the amount as soon as i get another job. Kindly look into the matter. My name is unmukat sharma

I paid a loan a time ago but they kept harrassing me through calls and messages, even they hacked my phone book and started harrassing my family, my relatives and friends without any reason. I mailed them about the issue and got a call. They asked me for proof. When i asked them to delete my account they said, Write a mail to us and we will delete. I wrote the mail 3 times and they haven't done the work. After sometime, i tried to call them for deletion of my account but they have no incoming enabled. Then i tried to contact them through whatsapp, and someone named trevor replied, he asked for my details and checked. I asked him to delete my account and he said mail us, I can't delete. I told him i have done that mail work several times and asked why a user can't delete his/her account? He simply blocked me on whatsapp. Worst service ever.

I don't want them to access or use my data that's why wanted to delete the account but they are not doing the job. A users privacy is at high risk until they delete the account.

I had taken 6500 loan in this with interest it would be 7200rs due to some personal problems and covid i did not pay the loan but now they are asking to pay 16k and harassing me and my relatives i have 10k and i will pay this but they are not accepting my request

They are dosclosing my personal information to everyone in my friends and family

It is not possible to pay any of the mpokket amount becouse of the financial crises. in my family their is only one persone who is able to genrate the income now he is also in the bed due to the hart attach( heart desise) in this situation of covid 19 not having any kind of income as you know i am a student. i have discontinued my studies and serching for the job openings if you remove the additional charges from the origina amount which i have taken which is around 9500 then please help me so that i can do something by taking an some amount anywhere else.the mpokket has increase the amount from 9500 to just in period of 160day noow 20000 in the time of corona so please any ody help me out else i have no option i am harressed from this life.

This is to inform that we hv not taken any loan from mpokket still you sent us a legal notice hence we need to get valid proof and resolve the same else we r bound to go for legal aid contact immediate on [protected]

I took loan of 8325/- from mpokket but they are asking me to pay more than 20000/- which I can't pay because I'm facing financial problem I can repay overdue amount of 8325/- but can't pay late charges help me regarding this and people from mpokket are harassing me and my family friends for repayment of loan also mpokket are going against the rule of DLAI code of conduct

Even im saying them sorry i dont know the person they qre just threatning me and the employee was too harsh
I didnt sign anywhere i did not gave my num personally nor did i agree to put me as a referency
Please make them understand this issue
And they were saying the customer name is manoj bolla who took the loan...

Mpocket customer care harassing my family and me daily in corona movement

Sir I have taken amount of 10000 from mpocket before 5 months I have dont repayed a payment due to corona pandemic situation but they are charging me 18000 for 5 months and calling my friends, relatives, parents, they are using wrong language, and harrasing me by calls for daily they call more than 30 times.This is not a right way to do such like things. Y the mpocket .please help me sir from this situation...

I had taken money from this, when I am in studying period and due to certain reasons of medical and lockdown I have no money to pay them back, I have said them to wait unitill i get a job, i'll definetly pay them back, but mpokket team limits out their boundary by conatcting my relations and multiple times call during day which have uncertain questions to answer.

I have multiple evidences that this company only working to harash the poor family, Now I am able to pay them back, but I am writing this for its business removal. They charged me 22k of 10k amount as penalty and fine in less than 1 yr.

I have installed mPokket. I have registered in it but didn't get any loan. The mPokket customer care calls me daily for 6-7 times and asking me to take loan or complete the full process. I do not want a loan from them. I don't know how to delete the registered account. It's been a mental torcher. I was telling them that I don't want to register but they keep insisting to do that. I have other works also. They are speaking for more than 30...
