    I used to take loans from 2019 and I used to be regular on time and my last loan was taken in February and march and there is no Income in this lockdown and they are threating and harassing.

          Hello my name is Pritam roy and i am a commerce student . I have taken a loan of 10000 from a app called mpokket . Due to this corona pandemic there was a complete lock down for 5 months . I was not able to work and my office was not operational . They are charging me 26000 as a penalty charge which i am not suppose to give and they hacked my contracts and called my parents and harrassed me. Used abusive language with my parents.

            This Company is so much Irritating that even after telling them time & time that i am not interested in the product they keeps on calling you ..Which is very much unprofessional for any business rather it breaks down the reputation of the company in the market. Mpokket employees in the Management level are the worst ones as they do not know what professionalism is even after the customer's complaint they hardly give a think about it and keeps disturbing them with continuous calls of product sales . They keep me calling on my number -[protected] i have attached a screenshot along with the complaint. They started calling me from 21/09/2020 & everyday they are calling me on my number & disturbing.
            Company like this should be taught some serious lesson regarding professionalism & Customer satisfaction.

              how can you expect students to pay such high amount of interest

              Have you ever seen your interest that you are providing for student loans . how can you expect students to pay such high amount of interest. My brother have cleared the debt which he took. Now you are asking to pay interest of 17000 for the loan which I took 7000. Is it reasonable quote of interest? Hell with your company rates and all. Don't Play games with the students.shut you app. Don't provide loans to students...

              Private lender named mPokket is messaging me for a certain loan which I have not taken. In message they are mentioning wrong name. When I contacted their customer care they told me that someone took loan and in reference gave my number to contact incase of default. How can they take my number without confirmation from me? I even dont know the person who have taken the loan and given my number as reference. Please look into this matter and ask mPokket to confirm while taking someones number. Hoping for positive response. Thank you.

                Loan mafia

                My name is Sourav Das. I had a taken 4 loans from mpokket. When the Lock down started I requested them to not calculate penalty in this pandemic I will give you the principal amount as soon as possible. They continue to count the penalty. Today some of their customer care person called me and told me that the principal amount I took of Rs. 6375/- is now more than 11000/- now. I requested him that I can't pay that much I can only pay the principal...

                I am user of mpocket from 1 year approx. & I am a genuine loyal user but this year 2020 have given us heart attack. We don't have job now and no income source. Mpocket is breaking all rules and laws that seems kind of spam if you think about the penaulty. I am ohk with all time repayment but i want flexibility and low interest rate. This is year of pandemic please co-operate.

                  I am s venkatesh took loan from mpokket app. I took only rs 6000/-.in this covid pandamic situation i can't able to pay the loan and i also lost my job. I clearly explained to the mpokket support team. But they are not responding properly and now my repay amount nearly rs 14000/-. So i can't pay that much money. Kindly reduce my total penalty amount.

                      Sir, I take a loan amount of 9000 on mpokket.due to the corona pandemic situation I am unable to pay the loan they did not allow a moratorium also my penalty was 14000rs (9000+15000) totally 25000 this was too much and they are calling to my friends and family and harshing to pay money in this pandemic situation how I pay the amount. I asked here to reduce the penalty charges but no use

                      due to mpokket many students are struggling they are blackmailing (tomorrow onwards your cibil will be zero)Many of the student take loan without permission from parents so they are afraid and getting into depression .please help us

                        There have been serveral times i have been verbally tortured because of late payment and dues.
                        But the main problem is that they accessed my contact list and called my known people other than my family and started telling them that i did not pay my due on time and please remind him to pay and blackmailing me for viral my video and number and destroying my carrer
                        But the catch is they said that i have given someone’s number as alternate number which i have not given i have given my dads number as alternate number but they informed other people that i have given them their number but how can they call anybody from my contact list and tell them that i have given their number
                        That caused a lot of personal issues
                        This is not acceptable

                          Sir, i have been using mpocket from a long time i used to pay repayment loan time to time .. but in this pandemic it is very hard to repay at given time and even the latedue is got double.. my 10000 rs loan turns into 20000 rs repayment. How am i supposed to pay this much amount in this pandemic and your employees calling repeatedly me and my family members and my friends this is totally harrassment. This is too much . Please kindly remove the late charges and harrassing calls.

                              I have took a loan of 6000 and after that i lost my phone while traveling from delhi to my hometown and today its 75 days since i haven't paid my loan i am student i have no income source since i m in my house in this pandemic situation and they are calling me anytime and harrasing me with all kind of threats they scream at me... I told them that i m ready to pay my main amount with interest but they are harassing me saying u need to pay the penalty nothing can be done and they charge penalty @44 rs oer day isn't it too high?. Please help me.. Plzz their customer service is very bad they scream at students like m thier servent its very depressing.
