I have took a loan of 6000 and after that i lost my phone while traveling from delhi to my hometown and today its 75 days since i haven't paid my loan i am student i have no income source since i m in my house in this pandemic situation and they are calling me anytime and harrasing me with all kind of threats they scream at me... I told them that i m ready to pay my main amount with interest but they are harassing me saying u need to pay the penalty nothing can be done and they charge penalty @44 rs oer day isn't it too high?. Please help me.. Plzz their customer service is very bad they scream at students like m thier servent its very depressing.

      hope you are doing well.
      Why this mpocket people are providing loan to ongoing college students without permission of their parents.
      As per law or jursdiction loans should be given who are capable of paying but this mpocket giving loan to college going student how far it is.
      please look after the case .

        There have been serveral times i have been verbally tortured because of late payment and dues.
        But the main problem is that they accessed my contact list and called my known people other than my family and started telling them that i did not pay my due on time and please remind him to pay and blackmailing me for viral my video and number and destroying my carrer
        But the catch is they said that i have given someone’s number as alternate number which i have not given i have given my dads number as alternate number but they informed other people that i have given them their number but how can they call anybody from my contact list and tell them that i have given their number
        That caused a lot of personal issues
        This is not acceptable my financial conditions are bad and this company is harrasing me through these means.
        If these type of mental harrassment will they do seriously i will file a complaint against taht employee. I want to pay but no one is listening to me and continue harrasment please help me in reduction of the amount they charged huge intrest please me to get through of this i am being in depression from this. Please help me.

        Your whole operating procedure is improper. So many people facing similar issues is not hoax so at least take accountability of your own actions or do you live off and make money by charging exorbitant fees off of students and people who you know are incapable of paying your money, and later threatening and harassing them into paying a much higher amount

            Request for removal of penalty as I lost my job.

            I have taken loan from mpokket in Feb month of rs 7000 but in March whole country had gone lockdown so my business shattered, got a huge loss financially and emotionally but they kept charging me high penalty now they fine me a penalty of Rs.13000 over a loan of Rs.7000, penalty is higher then my principle amount even now i have made repayment of Rs.4500 but kept refusing to remove the penalty .As during lockdown unemployment is everywhere...

              Im a student.. My name is nachiketh d.. I ad taken a loan of 11000 fron mopokket.. Due to corona pandemic i could not pay the loan in time.. These people have charged me a huge interest and telling me to pay 30000.. I am s student how can i pay such amount.. For recovery they are calling all my contacts and harassing them and aslo they have called my college also.. They're are mentally harassing me.. Even they dont care if we die also.. They just need they're money back.. That tooo with huge interest.. Please help me...

                I took 5th loan from your company on 15th april 2020 of amount rs. 2000/- the loan id is cre1615ea7id8246611. Before this loan i have borrowed 4 times before too which i have repayed on time. But this time due to current pandemic situation i was unable to do so. I was always ready to pay the principal amount rs 2000/- along with interest rs. 350/- i. E. Total rs.2350/- and requested your executive/agents to waiver my extra penalty charges as i am a student and due to current financial crisis caused by pandemic i won't be able to pay those penalties but instead of considering my request they kept increasing penalty amount and started harassing calls making threats of defaming me in whole kolkata and gave threats of accident too and also used very harsh language. He again called today with no.[protected] at 3:54 pm and threatened my mother that he will ruin my career within 10 minutes if payment is not done. They also stole my contact list which is a breach of privacy.

                Hence now i am requesting you to please consider my request of waiving the penalty and allow me to make payment of principal amount with interest i. E. Rs. 2350/-

                Yes your executives are now calling me to resolve the issue but may I ask why should I resolve it? At the time of covid 19 pandemic I had to arrange and pay more amount that the amount disbursed as you people did not pay heed to guidelines of RBI not to takes extra charges from consumet die to pandemic. Even after closing the loan you people did not send me the NOC certificate. Moreover I sent numerous mails to delete my data and deactivate my account which you people did not bother to do. And also what about all the harassements caused and above mwnyioned threats given by mpokket employees They stooped so low that they breached my privacy and hacked my phone and took all my contact's information.So no after all these I am not going to mark the issue as resolved.

                    Sir i have loan pending of 21432 it has been over due by 145 days and i repaid 8000. I have to pay 14000 i asked 2 to 3 days time they didn't giving and they threatening me to block your aadhar and pan card and will inform family z friends, relatives. I asked just 2to 3 days time but they didn't giving and threatening.

                      I applied a loan on 12 August and I get! yesterday was the due date of that loan

                      As usual I payed today(12 September) early morning of 2216₹ and the transaction was successful! But mpokket declined the app and I mailed them to resolve the issue they said they didn't get the money also! Bank confirmed that the payment was successfully sent on recipient upi id!

                      Now I repayed my loan because of dues will be increased day by day!!!

                      I need first payment refund and I mailed them no response from there side Need help, Thanks

                      I played loan at today morning and they declined and money deducted from account I mailed them at [email protected] they said they didn't get money and I asked for there bank statement and they don't giving how can I get my money back it's 2216 please help me out of this at last I payed again to clear!                           I had taken a loan total of 1250 rs. One year back from mpokket. I was late by few days and got a reminder mail with a link for payment. I made the payment but it failed. Later i received a message of the amount being debited from my account. I mailed them regarding the same but they never reverted back the money nor did my loan status reflected paid. The loan amount with interest has amounted to 3300 rs. On this date. And they continue to harass my family, me and my friends by calling and talking rudely. They even threatened my father to repay the money again. If i had known i have to go through this, i would have never used mpokket to borrow money

                            Sir, i no longer need the mpokket account. I mailed them regarding this and they don't even care to give feedback/response also. I want them to delete my account permanently. I never knew mpokket customer service is this worse, no calls nd no response to mail but they spam nd keep disturbing even if you are late by 1 day for emi. So kindly make them delete my account sir.                             I don't think consumer complaints done anything except processing the request to mpokket. And mpokket is very good at ignoring anything thrown at them. It has been 10 days since I complained and there's no assistance at all from mpokket side or consumer complaints side. Kindly look into this sir.

                                  I am mpokket customer from past 2 years. I took a loan of amount 6000 with interest it is 7000. Due to financial issues and lockdown I was unable to pay. Now, they want me to pay 23000. Which is almost 200%. I can't pay that much. Last mother my mother also died. Now, they are calling to my father to pay the money.                                     Harassment and breach of private information.

                                    I was a loyal costumer of mpokket for 2 years. I am a student and i needed some money so I took many loans from them and repaid them on time. Few months earlier I took 3 loans from them. During lockdown i was unable to pay the loan I kept sending them emails that I need some time and i will pay when I have money.
                                    Now they are harassing me and my family by continuously calling day and night with more than 20 calls in a day. I am ready...

It's due date 11 may 2020. Everyone o[censored]s knows that the whole country was lockdown on march 22 & it's continued. According to rbi guidelines the monitorium is extended till august 31st.
