    I am mpokket customer from past 2 years. I took a loan of amount 6000 with interest it is 7000. Due to financial issues and lockdown I was unable to pay. Now, they want me to pay 23000. Which is almost 200%. I can't pay that much. Last mother my mother also died. Now, they are calling to my father to pay the money. I will pay the money 7000 which was taken. Please help me with this.       Harassment and breach of private information.

      I was a loyal costumer of mpokket for 2 years. I am a student and i needed some money so I took many loans from them and repaid them on time. Few months earlier I took 3 loans from them. During lockdown i was unable to pay the loan I kept sending them emails that I need some time and i will pay when I have money.
      Now they are harassing me and my family by continuously calling day and night with more than 20 calls in a day. I am ready...

      My name is kancharlapalli sirisha. I have taken the loan in mpokket loan application on march 12 2020. Amount 10, 000 & with adding interest it is 10, 575. It's due date 11 may 2020. Everyone o[censored]s knows that the whole country was lockdown on march 22 & it's continued. According to rbi guidelines the monitorium is extended till august 31st. It should be followed by every financial institutions & linkedup companies. Now i had penalty of 18, 207. How can i pay in this pandemic situation. It's student loan

        There have been serveral times i have been verbally tortured because of late payment and dues.
        But the main problem is that they accessed my contact list and called my known people other than my family and started telling them that i did not pay my due on time and please remind him to pay and blackmailing me for viral my video and number and destroying my carrer.
        But the catch is they said that i have given someone’s number as alternate number which i have not given i have given my dads number as alternate number but they informed other people that i have given them their number but how can they call anybody from my contact list and tell them that i have given their number. They even hacked my email id.
        That caused a lot of personal issues
        This is not acceptable my financial conditions are bad and this company is harrasing me through these means.
        Please look itno this issue. If these type of mental harrassment will they do seriously i will file a complaint against that women employee.

          I had taken a loan during pandemic while I was still working thought I could repay the loan amount but due to covid I had to quit my job and couldn’t repay it, tried explaining the mpocket customer care but didn’t respond in a good manner and they blackmailed me with a selfie video asking me to repay the whole amount if I miss to do so they would access all my contacts and send the video and spoil my image they didn’t even consider or try to understand my situation and responded in a bad manner .plz do something on this app especially the way they blackmail is tremendous . I regret taking loan from mpocket .Plz don’t ever try to take a loan from mpocket .

            I have taken the loan from this company on 12 march 2020. As you know the situation became that time around the world. Everyone losses their job and i was not able to pay but i was ready to pay in next month but they have put lots of late charges and i am refuse to pay charges but recovery agent threaten me and hack my phone contacts and calling them and harrast the peoples

                Sir as mentioned this company provides loan to students now like me there are lots of students who study and work in small private company for there pocket money because we are not much dependent on parents I don't know about pandemic will happen even no one knows that it will happen I have taken the loan before lockdown then suddenly things happened after lockdown I have paid there installment but some were left because I am going through financial crisis my job was lost these guys are not listening at all I want some time they will treaten you sir what should I do and this company claims as student loan providers

                  Dear team why are you abusing I complained to rbi now on very higher note, during lockdown you charges me the penalty of rs 1000 even I am ready to pay the orignal repayment amount, I lost my job in this pandemic because of this I got late to pay but you have to understand the situation of pandemic, now rbi will deal with you if you do not clear my penalty.

                      There have been serveral timesi have been verbally tortured because of late payment and dues.
                      But the main problem is that they accessEd my contact list and called my known people other than my family and started telling them that i did not pay my due on time and please remind him to pay.
                      But the catch is they said that i have given someone’s number as alternate number which i have not given i have given my dads number as alternate number but they informed other people that i have given them their number but how can they call anybody from my contact list and tell them that i have given their number
                      That caused a lot of personal iyssues
                      This is not acceptable my financial conditions are bad and this company is harrasing me through these means.

                              I paid my loan amount of 2708, after that it was showing repayment under process and then after few minutes it is showing that the repayment has failed. I paid the loan amount through debit card (Screenshot is provided), as you can see payment has been made to mpokket and it was successful. The amount was paid but it is still showing that loan is due and the repayment has failed

                                I have taken a loan from mpokket.
                                The principal was rs 9000 something. I have taken that loan for 3 months but due to financial crisis i couldn't pay the amount. When one extra month passed they started calling my family members, relatives, friends, colleagues and uses intolerant language and provides wrong information to all. Then i received a call from them and then one executive of company uses abusive words on call and i retaliate back. I then agreed upon making a payment of rs 11000 but they demanded rs 18000. I very clearly said no about such high interest and told them to do whatever they want and i will fight against this through legal terms. After that they haven't sent me any legal notice and then again they started calling my colleagues. Then i told them to come to my home take 11000 but they told me to make online payments to their personal accounts. I clearly disagreed upon that thing and then they again does the same stupidity of calling my friends and colleagues.
                                I also contacted my nearest police station regarding this and when sub inspector called him they just hang up the phone.
                                I want a proper solution regarding such fake apps and companies.
                                They misused my contacts and they have every single contact of mine with them. I am writing this letter to you so that you can provide me some sort of solution because i need your response to lodge an compplaint in cyber police regarding these frauds.

                                    I was repaying my loan amount through UPI option but when i entered the UPI vpa then I confirm the payment Of RS 2360 and as you can see in below screenshot the payment was successful received to mPokket Account but it was still show me the Payment was not received to you. And due to your slowness tomorrow you will pay me a fine and make my cibil become bad. 😤😡
