They are calling to my relatives, Friends and neighbors again and again. I am feeling so tense and depressed through their calling.

I'm taking Loan from mpokket but because of lockdown my loan overdue and also i don't have money and they charged me so much money for 10000 loan they told me pay 30000
Please help me

Hello my name is Pritam roy and i am a commerce student . I have taken a loan of 10000 from a app called mpokket . Due to this corona pandemic there was a complete lock down for 5 months . I was not able to work and my office was not operational . They are charging me 26000 as a penalty charge which i am not suppose to give and they hacked my contracts and called my parents and harrassed me. Used abusive language with my parents.

This Company is so much Irritating that even after telling them time & time that i am not interested in the product they keeps on calling you ..Which is very much unprofessional for any business rather it breaks down the reputation of the company in the market. Mpokket employees in the Management level are the worst ones as they do not know what professionalism is even after the customer's complaint they hardly give a think about it and keeps disturbing them with continuous calls of product sales . They keep me calling on my number -[protected] i have attached a screenshot along with the complaint. They started calling me from 21/09/2020 & everyday they are calling me on my number & disturbing.
Company like this should be taught some serious lesson regarding professionalism & Customer satisfaction.

Private lender named mPokket is messaging me for a certain loan which I have not taken. In message they are mentioning wrong name. When I contacted their customer care they told me that someone took loan and in reference gave my number to contact incase of default. How can they take my number without confirmation from me? I even dont know the person who have taken the loan and given my number as reference. Please look into this matter and ask mPokket to confirm while taking someones number. Hoping for positive response. Thank you.

I am user of mpocket from 1 year approx. & I am a genuine loyal user but this year 2020 have given us heart attack. We don't have job now and no income source. Mpocket is breaking all rules and laws that seems kind of spam if you think about the penaulty. I am ohk with all time repayment but i want flexibility and low interest rate. This is year of pandemic please co-operate.

I am s venkatesh took loan from mpokket app. I took only rs 6000/-.in this covid pandamic situation i can't able to pay the loan and i also lost my job. I clearly explained to the mpokket support team. But they are not responding properly and now my repay amount nearly rs 14000/-. So i can't pay that much money. Kindly reduce my total penalty amount.

Still the loan is not cleared
And it's increasing penalty per day

Sir, I take a loan amount of 9000 on mpokket.due to the corona pandemic situation I am unable to pay the loan they did not allow a moratorium also my penalty was 14000rs (9000+15000) totally 25000 this was too much and they are calling to my friends and family and harshing to pay money in this pandemic situation how I pay the amount. I asked here to reduce the penalty charges but no use

due to mpokket many students are struggling they are blackmailing (tomorrow onwards your cibil will be zero)Many of the student take loan without permission from parents so they are afraid and getting into depression .please help us

There have been serveral times i have been verbally tortured because of late payment and dues.
But the main problem is that they accessed my contact list and called my known people other than my family and started telling them that i did not pay my due on time and please remind him to pay and blackmailing me for viral my video and number and destroying my carrer
But the catch is they said that i have given someone’s number as alternate number which i have not given i have given my dads number as alternate number but they informed other people that i have given them their number but how can they call anybody from my contact list and tell them that i have given their number
That caused a lot of personal issues
This is not acceptable

Sir, i have been using mpocket from a long time i used to pay repayment loan time to time .. but in this pandemic it is very hard to repay at given time and even the latedue is got double.. my 10000 rs loan turns into 20000 rs repayment. How am i supposed to pay this much amount in this pandemic and your employees calling repeatedly me and my family members and my friends this is totally harrassment. This is too much . Please kindly remove the late charges and harrassing calls.

I have took a loan of 6000 and after that i lost my phone while traveling from delhi to my hometown and today its 75 days since i haven't paid my loan i am student i have no income source since i m in my house in this pandemic situation and they are calling me anytime and harrasing me with all kind of threats they scream at me... I told them that i m ready to pay my main amount with interest but they are harassing me saying u need to pay the penalty nothing can be done and they charge penalty @44 rs oer day isn't it too high?. Please help me.. Plzz their customer service is very bad they scream at students like m thier servent its very depressing.

hope you are doing well.
Why this mpocket people are providing loan to ongoing college students without permission of their parents.
As per law or jursdiction loans should be given who are capable of paying but this mpocket giving loan to college going student how far it is.
please look after the case .

If these type of mental harrassment will they do seriously i will file a complaint against that women employee.I want to pay but they wont listen to any of my things i need reduction of amount which they charged as intrest i can pay the intrest which i am capable to . please solve my problem i am going through lot of depression because of all this .

I have taken loan from mpokket in feb month of rs 7000 but in march whole country had gone lockdown so my business shattered, got a huge loss financially and emotionally but they kept charging me high penalty now they fine me a penalty of rs.13000 over a loan of rs.7000, penalty is higher then my principle amount even now i have made repayment of rs.4500 but kept refusing to remove the penalty. As during lockdown unemployment is everywhere even i am unable to get any job but they kept threating me, abusing me and my family. Also are calling my contacts without my permission rather than my emergency contact they have my data, my contacts they are threatening them also.
Hope you would take it seriously and took a action in my favour.

These people have charged me a huge interest and telling me to pay 30000.. I am s student how can i pay such amount.. For recovery they are calling all my contacts and harassing them and aslo they have called my college also.. They're are mentally harassing me.. Even they dont care if we die also.. They just need they're money back.. That tooo with huge interest.. Please help me...

I took 5th loan from your company on 15th april 2020 of amount rs. 2000/- the loan id is cre1615ea7id8246611. Before this loan i have borrowed 4 times before too which i have repayed on time. But this time due to current pandemic situation i was unable to do so. I was always ready to pay the principal amount rs 2000/- along with interest rs. 350/- i. E. Total rs.2350/- and requested your executive/agents to waiver my extra penalty charges as i am a student and due to current financial crisis caused by pandemic i won't be able to pay those penalties but instead of considering my request they kept increasing penalty amount and started harassing calls making threats of defaming me in whole kolkata and gave threats of accident too and also used very harsh language. He again called today with no.[protected] at 3:54 pm and threatened my mother that he will ruin my career within 10 minutes if payment is not done. They also stole my contact list which is a breach of privacy.

Hence now i am requesting you to please consider my request of waiving the penalty and allow me to make payment of principal amount with interest i. E. Rs. 2350/-
