Company assured me with resolution and extended my due date still their dumb employee called my parents and abused them I jus want the company should give me on what basis they abused my parents I am available throughout the dayi want fir against the agent.else I will go court no action will be taken o will commit suicide .

    They are taken my all contact list and threatening by saying "we will call to this number..." and i already gave them 2 reference number for contact recovery. Beyond that they are taking all my contact details. I don't know what else they have from my phone.

      almost every day m pocket agent calling me and threatening me

      But sir almost every day m pocket agent calling me and threating me use bad language etc.. Sir i am going to depression please help me...

      During lockdown when everyone is helping each other without any reason.
      This company charge huge amount to their regular clients. Even after it was declared by government that any financial institutions didn't charge any late fees or fines in emi. It's my mistake that i trusted on this company (Jalan chemicals). Please take loan from other lenders like (Kreditbee, krazybee, cashbean) but do not take loan from mpocket.

            threatening due to non payment during lockdown period

            I have been using mpokket for an year or so. I have always paid my loans on time. Recently i am unable to pay my loans due to the worldwide lockdown because of coronavirus. I don't have sufficient balance in my bank account. And i am unable to go to the bank. I mailed them about the unfavorable conditions. But today i got a call from an unknown number and he threatened me to pay by tomorrow otherwise he will call all the numbers in my contact...

            threatening me on call that they will call my parents

            My payment is overdue by 9 days due to lockdown. And they are calling and sending emails on daily basis. I have told them that i will pay it in 3 days but they said no pay it right now in half hour otherwise i will contact to your father. And their manner was too rude.
            Please help me. And banned this application...

            Due to their technical issue, on 12 january 2020 they gave me extra rs7000. Now they are asking me to whole money with interest. Which i can not pay as i am a student. I also told them that i could not pay whole money on due date. Even interest, extra rs.7000 i will return to them which i was got due to their technical issue even i have all proof. But they still forcing me to pay whole money with interest and overdue penalty cost. Which i can not pay. I will return their rs.7000 which i was got for their technical issue. Please help me.

              Address: Mpokket mobile app

              I made an account on mpokket mobile app, and didn't use it as my bank account linked to the account went into pending due to kyc related query. But after 2years i am informed by mpokket that there are couple of loans pending on my account. I stated them that these loans are withdrew by someone without my consent. The customer agent called me to pay the amount pending rs 9000. The mobile number, email account, and bank account used to fetch the loan are not mine and i never withdrew them so why shall i pay the amount that i never took. I tried to connect to them for the information related to my mpokket account and they refused to share as the phone number email cannot be verified by me as those are not mine, but my documents are there on my account and my civil score is at stake. Please help me out of it.

                in lock down period don't harass for repayment

                In the india lock down period don't harass for repayment of loan so as per rbi gives 3 months validity after that i will pay because my account balance was not sufficient for repayment of loan so after banks will be open i will pay immediately. Dont call me anytime anywhere so if they do then i will register fir complaint against mpocket students loan app...

                I just sent request of rs 500 loan. But i didn't got the money in my paytm no i provided them. Now i want to cancel that loan application and also want to delete my account permanently. But they are not doing anything. So help me with this. I want my account deleted now and don't want that 500 rs loan also. So i want both these canceled right away.

                This is my second time I'm facing problem with the mpokket loan, I have requested for 2000 and the loan has been approved and yet I have not received a single penny from the company.                   I'm getting a mail reminder regarding the overdue email amount on a daily basis, which is irritating me such email reminders at my email address...

                    stealing data from my mobile

                    This company gives fake loan to students and steal tha data from the mobile.
                    They abuses people calling them and stealing bank details and other important details like contact details.
                    They call people by Internet and uses abusive languages and threaten to leak privacy of the people.
                    An urgent action should be taken on this company and this fake company should be shut down....

                    loan amount not yet received

                    I actually requested for loan on mpokket but I haven't received the money yet in my account. I regularly get loan on it but this is the first time I am facing such issue and im really feeling bad. Please kindly look in the request. I requested for amount of 2000 and the app shows the loan hasbeen processed and even the email from the mpokket but why I don't know I haven't received money yet. Please check it...

                    Sir, my loan repayment was cancelled
                    But money was deducted from my
                    Bank account. I had taken 2000inr loan at tenure of 2 months for which i have to pay 2350, but because of mcoins they asked only 2327. It was overdue for 8days and repaid 2455 via debit card, now my transaction failed and money was deducted. So please take necessary action.

                      repayment of loan failed but money has been deducted from bank account

                      I paid my loan amount of 1175, after that it was showing repayment under process and then after few minutes it is showing that the repayment has failed. I paid the loan amount through Google pay(screenshot is provided), as you can see payment has been made to mpokket and it was successful. The amount was paid but it is still showing that loan is due and the repayment has failed...

                      I used mpokket for loan almost 2years upto everytime i paid loan on due date, and 6months back i lost my phone and unable to logged in from another so i paid the money lately, only twice i got call and i said i will pay the money and send the direct link and even after payment My contact details got messages as i am defaulter . Its really painful to get humiliated even after payment of loans and ONE OF CONTACT THEY SENT MESSAGE WAS A NEW...

                      my transaction is failed, but the money has been debited from my account on mpokket

                      I repaid my loan amount of rs.525. At first, mpokket showed transaction is successful. But, later they showed transaction is unsuccessful and money got deducted from my bank account. I did not get my refund back. I submitted all the documents they asked, but they did not take any action. Please take necessary actions to get my money back. And the merchant is saying that the transaction is failure and money not recived...
