      I paid my loan amount of 2708, after that it was showing repayment under process and then after few minutes it is showing that the repayment has failed. I paid the loan amount through debit card (Screenshot is provided), as you can see payment has been made to mpokket and it was successful. The amount was paid but it is still showing that loan is due and the repayment has failed

        Address: 54/C Hazra Road, 1st Floor, Kolkata – 700019

        I have taken a loan from mpokket.
        The principal was rs 9000 something. I have taken that loan for 3 months but due to financial crisis i couldn't pay the amount. When one extra month passed they started calling my family members, relatives, friends, colleagues and uses intolerant language and provides wrong information to all. Then i received a call from them and then one executive of company uses abusive words on call and i retaliate back. I then agreed upon making a payment of rs 11000 but they demanded rs 18000. I very clearly said no about such high interest and told them to do whatever they want and i will fight against this through legal terms. After that they haven't sent me any legal notice and then again they started calling my colleagues. Then i told them to come to my home take 11000 but they told me to make online payments to their personal accounts. I clearly disagreed upon that thing and then they again does the same stupidity of calling my friends and colleagues.
        I also contacted my nearest police station regarding this and when sub inspector called him they just hang up the phone.
        I want a proper solution regarding such fake apps and companies.
        They misused my contacts and they have every single contact of mine with them. I am writing this letter to you so that you can provide me some sort of solution because i need your response to lodge an compplaint in cyber police regarding these frauds.

            I was repaying my loan amount through UPI option but when i entered the UPI vpa then I confirm the payment Of RS 2360 and as you can see in below screenshot the payment was successful received to mPokket Account but it was still show me the Payment was not received to you. And due to your slowness tomorrow you will pay me a fine and make my cibil become bad. 😤😡
            The UPI Id was - [protected]@paytm from the payment was done And the ( UPI reference No[protected]
            The payment was done on 29/07/2020 at 11:21 P.M

            I m vishal kumar and I had paid loan amount twins but first of my payment was successful but the mpokket did not accept my paid amount of Rs 2360 so kindly refund my amount as soon as possible and I tried to connect you but no one is answering me and replying my mail id.
            Refund my amount as soon as possible.
            Really a bad service too disappointed my issue as soon as possible sir because my due date is 30/07/2020.

              In this lockdown it is very tough to repay the principle amount and mpokket is charging penalty.
              I want my penalty to be removed and i'll pay the rest amount with intrest.

                As per government regulations I only have to pay interest of particular amount which I had taken from mpocket. But they are charging 76 rupees per day as late fine of 86 days.Is it fair to charge this much amount from their loyal customer..?
                I never missed any EMI of mpocket.
                But now they are treating me like a slave. Even that I am trying to repay the amount at @50% fine. But they are saying to pay in half an hour @90% fine.
                Now i'm not capable to pay this much amount life 1800 for 1000 rupee, that's why I want to take legal action

                  Hlo sir/mam.. These are the details of an employee of yor company.. He was forcing me to pay money to him so i sent that money to his googlepay number.. Nd he didnt updated it yet.. Its been almost a mnth ago.. I paid him 2000rs on 9th of june.. His name is rajib sarkar.. Nd his number is-[protected].. Nd one of your employees pratik who is forcing me to pay money even after i told him the whole incident.. He says solve it on your own we dont care.

                        Company assured me with resolution and extended my due date still their dumb employee called my parents and abused them I jus want the company should give me on what basis they abused my parents I am available throughout the dayi want fir against the agent.else I will go court no action will be taken o will commit suicide .

                          They are taken my all contact list and threatening by saying "we will call to this number..." and i already gave them 2 reference number for contact recovery. Beyond that they are taking all my contact details. I don't know what else they have from my phone.

                            During lockdown when everyone is helping each other without any reason.
                            This company charge huge amount to their regular clients. Even after it was declared by government that any financial institutions didn't charge any late fees or fines in emi. It's my mistake that i trusted on this company (Jalan chemicals). Please take loan from other lenders like (Kreditbee, krazybee, cashbean) but do not take loan from mpocket.

                                  Due to their technical issue, on 12 january 2020 they gave me extra rs7000. Now they are asking me to whole money with interest. Which i can not pay as i am a student. I also told them that i could not pay whole money on due date. Even interest, extra rs.7000 i will return to them which i was got due to their technical issue even i have all proof. But they still forcing me to pay whole money with interest and overdue penalty cost. Which i can not pay. I will return their rs.7000 which i was got for their technical issue. Please help me.

                                    I made an account on mpokket mobile app, and didn't use it as my bank account linked to the account went into pending due to kyc related query. But after 2years i am informed by mpokket that there are couple of loans pending on my account. I stated them that these loans are withdrew by someone without my consent. The customer agent called me to pay the amount pending rs 9000. The mobile number, email account, and bank account used to fetch the loan are not mine and i never withdrew them so why shall i pay the amount that i never took. I tried to connect to them for the information related to my mpokket account and they refused to share as the phone number email cannot be verified by me as those are not mine, but my documents are there on my account and my civil score is at stake. Please help me out of it.

                                      I just sent request of rs 500 loan. But i didn't got the money in my paytm no i provided them. Now i want to cancel that loan application and also want to delete my account permanently. But they are not doing anything. So help me with this.
