I paid the amount of rupees 2400 to the mpokket through the paytm upi on 21/06/2019 the amount of rupees 2400 the amount has been debited from account but the merchant didnt received the money and the merchant is saying that the transaction is failure and money not recived so please solve my problem as soon as possible aur refund my money aur solve my problem

I repaid my loan amount of Rs.525. At first, mpokket showed transaction is successful. But, later they showed transaction is unsuccessful and money got deducted from my bank account.I did not get my refund back. I submitted all the documents they asked, but they did not take any action. Please take necessary actions to get my money back.

    I have done my mpokket loan payment through Paytm through my bank debit card my transaction got failed and loan payment got cancelled they dint receive any failed transaction message I to dint get any failed transaction message but money deducted from my bank so please do refund as early as possible i hve to pay my loan 7 working days completed but still I didn't get any refund frm u
