Dear mPokket Support Team,
I am writing to formally complain about a loan reflecting in my CIBIL report under my name/PAN card which I have never taken. This incorrect entry is severely damaging my CIBIL score and causing me financial and reputational harm.
I would like to clearly state that:
• I have never applied for or taken any loan from mPokket.
• Despite this, a loan is still showing in my CIBIL report.
• I had already raised this complaint twice last year, but no resolution has been provided till date.
• Recently, I noticed that another loan has been taken using my PAN card, which clearly indicates misuse of my PAN and identity fraud.
This is a very serious matter. Your failure to resolve this issue even after multiple complaints is unacceptable.
I request you to:
1. Immediately investigate this fraudulent loan
2. Remove all incorrect mPokket loan entries from my CIBIL report
3. Provide written confirmation that my PAN details will not be misused again
4. Share details of how this loan was sanctioned without my consent or verification
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the matter to:
• CIBIL
• RBI Ombudsman
• Consumer Court
• Cyber Crime Cell
Please treat this as URGENT and resolve it at the earliest.
