Mpokket — Payment is not updated

I have made the payment with the upi utr number
[protected] for 1499.99 shown on the invoice. Why did you not update the payment and charging me. Duly require you to update that. If this is not updated, will be reporting to banking ombudsman regarding your app and make sure you all will loose the job.
