Subject: Urgent Grievance – Request for Correction and Removal of Incorrect “Written-off” Status from TransUnion CIBIL Report for Closed mPokket Loan Accounts
Dear Sir/Madam,
I, YERRA RAJENDRAPRASAD RAMASWAMY, am writing to raise a formal grievance regarding the incorrect reporting of my mPokket loan accounts in my TransUnion CIBIL Credit Report.
Customer Details
Name: YERRA RAJENDRAPRASAD RAMASWAMY
Date of Birth: 10/06/1978
PAN: ANPPY2798D
Mobile Number: [protected]

mPokket Loan Account Details
Loan Account No.: MKV333468EBID[protected]
Loan Account No.: MKV4EEB6841ID[protected]
I had duly cleared and foreclosed the above-mentioned mPokket loan accounts. mPokket Financial Services Private Limited itself issued a No Dues Certificate dated 22 May 2026, expressly confirming that the loans mentioned in its annexure were closed in full and final, that all outstanding dues were cleared, and that the loans stood fully closed in the company's books as of 02 February 2026. Both of the above loan account numbers are specifically mentioned in the NDC with the satisfaction date of 02 February 2026.
However, despite the loans having been fully closed and all dues having been cleared, my TransUnion CIBIL report continues to reflect an adverse “Written-off” status against the mPokket account.
For example, in my CIBIL report, account number MKV333468EBID[protected] is shown with:
Current Balance: ₹0
Amount Overdue: ₹0
Date Closed: 02/02/2026
Credit Facility Status: Written-off
The CIBIL report therefore contains information that is inconsistent with the No Dues Certificate issued by mPokket.
I had already raised a dispute through the TransUnion CIBIL portal requesting removal/correction of the “Written-off” status. However, the dispute was subsequently closed with the position that the information currently reported is correct. This is highly concerning because the lender's own NDC clearly confirms that the concerned loans were fully closed and that there were no outstanding dues.
My Request
In view of the above facts and the documentary evidence issued by mPokket Financial Services Private Limited, I respectfully request your Grievance Team to:
Re-examine both of the above-mentioned mPokket loan accounts immediately.
Verify the attached No Dues Certificate dated 22 May 2026 issued by mPokket.
Confirm the correct reporting status of the two loan accounts to TransUnion CIBIL.
Remove the incorrect “Written-off” status from my CIBIL report, if it has been reported incorrectly.
Ensure that the accounts are reported accurately as closed/fully paid, with Current Balance ₹0 and Amount Overdue ₹0, as supported by your No Dues Certificate.
Submit the necessary correction/update to TransUnion CIBIL and any other credit information company to which the incorrect status may have been reported.
Provide me with a written confirmation of the correction and the date on which the corrected information was submitted to the credit bureau.
The continued reporting of a “Written-off” status, despite the lender having issued a No Dues Certificate confirming full and final closure, is adversely affecting my credit profile and may negatively impact my ability to obtain credit facilities in the future.
I am therefore requesting your urgent intervention and resolution of this grievance based on the documentary evidence enclosed with this complaint.
Enclosures
Copy of mPokket No Dues Certificate dated 22 May 2026.
Copy of latest TransUnion CIBIL Credit Report highlighting the “Written-off” status.
Copy/details of the previous TransUnion CIBIL dispute, if required.
I request you to kindly treat this matter as an urgent credit reporting correction grievance and provide a written resolution at the earliest.
Yours faithfully,
YERRA RAJENDRAPRASAD RAMASWAMY
