[Resolved]  Mpokket — Due amount pending with late charges remission

Respected sir, yesterday I have talked to one of your customer care memeber but he is blackmailing to me to pay the due amount with late charges as I tried many times to contact you but there is no response from your side. Now why should I pay the late fee charges.
I request you to kindly wave off my charges so that I can pay my pending payment.
