Description: HI i have made 4 different transactions to clear the loan on 26th August 2024 however, the application on shows 2 successful transaction and they have no record of 1 auto debit and 1 payment i made through google pay
Now i have been writing them since last 4 days no one has bothered to reply to me back and the collections agents, keep calling me about the payment. the executives don't have any control on the language while im in office they've been continuing the harassment but they are not bothered to resolved my issue neither they have any tracking mechanism to track my payments to and when i informed them that i have emailed my concerned, the executive point blank told me that even if i write 100 emails no one will reply and that is the fact even I wrote to [protected]@mpokket.com the email id mentioned in for registering the grievance, but it seems all are the same. they have been harassing like crazy even after making the entire payment. during my office hours i have harassed every single minute by calls it is so frustrating. i need to file for compensation of 10lakh (rupees ten lakh) for the torture and harassment i have gone through with the uncivilised way of dealing with the clients and there is a customer service but no one bothers to answer no email response and it is a RBI registered NBFC. RBI should strictly revoke their lincense
