[Resolved] Mpokket — not canceling my loan application and not deleting my account permanently

I just sent request of rs 500 loan. But i didn't got the money in my paytm no i provided them. Now i want to cancel that loan application and also want to delete my account permanently. But they are not doing anything. So help me with this. I want my account deleted now and don't want that 500 rs loan also. This is my second time I'm facing problem with the mpokket loan, I have requested for 2000 and the loan has been approved and yet I have not received a single penny from the company. Please look on the issues, or else who will payback that amount without even getting in bank account, I want to resolve the issues immediately. Thank you
