Went through the trouble of contacting my bank as well and they say money has been credited to mpokket successfully and they have to check their account.
The employees at mpokket send automated email replies and when I call they say "send statement we'll check with support team" (I've sent it 4 times now) and then instead of checking with their accounts team they call me instead and threaten me instead and force me to pay the loans which I've already paid and when I tell them I did and I sent a statement as proof, they say ok we'll check and then next day call me again and threaten again. It's been 12 days now same thing over and over, finally decided to lodge a complain in the consumer forum and update my experience with this good for nothing company here as well for others to see.
