[Resolved] Mpokket — The loan amount does not receive my bank account

The amount has been not disbursed yet.even the mpokket says the amount has been disbursed...please solve this issue

I send the complaint on mpokket email address..but no one is proper respomding...there here says...something ...that's this...reply send me...these quotes...Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for contacting Team mPokket. Amount is debited from my account On 17 September But not successful in Mpokket loan but I have paid This loan By today 18 September On 11:55pm please revert My amount of 17september in my Account.
