An aggregate of total amount of INR 55, 000 was invested in Orchard Bond for 75 months on 31.03.2012 which was due to be matured on 30.06.2018, at a total maturity value of INR 1, 00, 000. But the amount is still due to be received and no amount has been honoured by this fake company.

I had deposited Rs 16, 117 (Sixteen thousand one hundred seventeen rupees) vide Bond No MC 006 O/12/09/003026 std 09 Dec 2009. Not got any refund after maturity . Maturity date09 Dec 2014. It is a chit fund org. Pl direct my complain in right place so that it is registered....

Since then I had continued follow-up the matter with them and every time assurance of returning the matured amount had been given to me. After that the local office of that company got closed and I was not able to trace any information regarding that matter.

I Indira Bhattacharya (C2076248) purchased a "ORCHARD BOND FOR 75 MONTHS" (BOND NO: DR002) dated 01/04/2013 valuing INR 1 Lakh which was supposed to be matured after 75 months (after 01/07/2019) amounting to a total of INR 2 Lakhs.However despite the maturity I haven't received the amount.
I have also claimed for the same with all required documents through the Justice S.P. Talukdar Committe Online Portal in August, 2020. The BOND certificate is herewith attached.

She herself invested a lot of of amount (more than 2 lakhs) and few of our friends and family also invested however, we have not received any amount yet even after the maturity date and we all are still waiting for any news on how to claim the amount. For last 6 yrs follow up done with the concern agent, but all in vain.
Request to look into the matter and help to retrieve my hard earned money back to me.

im Smt. Neeta Sengupta..my husband late Mr. M.K. Sengupta has purchaised 2 Agro bonds in amount of 2 & 1 lakhs respectively from MPS in 2007 under the 10 years maturity plan. through by the Agent name Sumon Paul
(ph. no). as I mentioned my husband died almost 4 years now..so im taking up the the matter over here at this time...the policy was being matrued in 2017. the money was supposed to be returened soon after...
but i haven't got anything in return instead...perhaps it was due to the problems which went through there with MPS at that time...even my monthly interest has been stopped from sept. 2014.. it was long before of mathurity ..since then i havnt got a single dime anymore from MPS
Its been over around 7 years now..nothing there eversince..still been waiting here all along...if i would have counted all the interst that i didn't receive in past 6 years since after spet 2014..it would be close to 4.5 lakhs exactly till date
along with the original amount of 3 lakhs...im having real finalcial issues all those years upto now..only the proper soulution from there..would give me the closure..and the hope im holding on since that much longer..
so kindly should take this matter seriously..n try to find a way to get my own money back..and dont forget to includes the interest of hard fought all those long years..
