MSRDC — double deduction of toll charges via cash as well and via fastag | |||
I was travelling from lonavla to mumbai on 17-nov-2019 via express way. At khalapur toll plaza, i paid 173 rs cash as toll charges at khalapur toll, however when i crossed about 20 km from the toll, i received sms as 173 rs of toll is deducted from my fastag. (Sms snapshot attached) If toll plaza will deduct such double charges then how consumer can trust on the fastag system? Please check and arrange for a refund - both sms and receipt pic attached. I was travelling from Vashi toll plaza on 06-nov-2020. I paid 40 rs cash as toll charges at Vashi toll, however when I crossed about 5 km from the toll, i received sms as 40 rs of toll is deducted from my fastag. (Sms snapshot attached)
If toll plaza will deduct such double charges then how consumer can trust on the fastag system?
