[Resolved] Mswipe — settlement amount till date not credited to bank account

I have settled 20000 rs on 23rd Feb 2018. The Settlement amount is not credited in bank account till date. There are so many mails sent and they simply replying we have forwarded to the payment team and then no reply after then.

Need to take this serious. We are into business holding such money is not good. I have to pay my debts in business. If anything goes wrong what happens. Please someone help me whether we can file deformation for these kind of things.
