I am following the mSwipe Toll Free number [protected] for the deactivation of my mSwipe machine. I have called seven times to the toll free number to deactivate my mswipe machine. but the only response i receive is "within two days a person will come and collect it, and deactivate it"...

Today Once again i called to check the status and one Mr. Nutan asked me to go to a nearest Axis Bank Branch and give a cancellation request to the bank!

I simply don't understand the logic to keep me waited for two months (saying, a person will come within two days) and suddenly you say go to Axis Bank and Submit a cancellation request!! My Latest Request No. is TBK02497483 dated 23/04/2018

Please clarify why should i go to Axis Bank Branch when its your person came to advertise mswipe and said its hassle free helpline will always be at your service.

Is this HASSLE FREE SERVICE?

Today Once again i called to check the status and one Mr. Nutan asked me to go to a nearest Axis Bank Branch and give a cancellation request to the bank!

I simply don't understand the logic to keep me waited for two months (saying, a person will come within two days) and suddenly you say go to Axis Bank and Submit a cancellation request!! My Latest Request No. is TBK02497483 dated 23/04/2018

Please clarify why should i go to Axis Bank Branch when its your person came to advertise mswipe and said its hassle free helpline will always be at your service.

Is this HASSLE FREE SERVICE?

I said that my company "BITE and SIP" is closed now and is not operational. they are suggesting me to continue the machine as i may need it when i open another business! Am I a nomad to surrender my machine if its use to me? I am already in a sad state of mind regarding my business getting shut down and to add further woes i am getting suggestions which i never asked for. I also updated my new contact number ([protected]) as the registered mobile number of the company got deactivated with the closure of the company itself.. but still no response from their end.

        This is sharath from our pehchaan (Registered mobile no: [protected]) with regards to mswipe.

        Let me reiterate the wrong doing again, we have conveyed the mswipe team in the month of oct - 2017 that we have stopped our store and we would like to suspend the partnership with the mswipe.

        Yet, we have found out that from the month of jan-2018 there were 10 illicit transactions happened from your end, how long does back end team needs to analyse the concern and take the necessary action?

        We have registered an issue with the case id: tbk02183156, tbk01731765 which deals with the unlawful transactions carried out by mswipe in the month of january. This is absolutely pathetic and absurd, even after registering a case of illicit transaction this happens again on 26-feb, 27- feb, 27-march, 27-march and 28-march.

        I have been dropping an emails regularly and making the reminder calls repetitively and yet there is no resolution from your end.

        This is not acceptable.

        Let me help you from my end by sharing the illicit transnational records.

          I am not using mswipe machine from september 2017 and i have given the request request for surrender the machine on 24/01/2018, they said their executive will call me to collect the machine also they promised me that there will not will be any rent deduction from my bank account once the surrender request is placed. But they collected the machine on 28/03/2018 also they deducted rent for feb'18 & march'18.
          On 31/03/2018 i have raised another complaint for refund the money, they ask me to send a mail to [protected]@mswipe.com with my bank statement. I have emailed my bank statement for their reference. Still they are not refunded the amount.
          I spoke to 4 customer care executives for the refund, whenever i contact they will say "i have escalated to concern team, we will arrange a call back and update the status after 48 to 72hrs, so please give me sometime" but nobody arranged a call back. This is not only for the refund of money, they did the same thing for surrender the machine, after a long struggle i surrender the machine to their executive on 28/03/2018.
          Mswipe is repeatedly doing this activity with most of the customers. So kindly request the consumer complaints forum to take necessary action against mswipe and i need the amount to be refunded to me.

            Hi,
            My registered number with mswipe is [protected]. I am not using this useless machine since november and many time i requested their customer care to deactivate my account. All the time they say that they it will take 3-4 days and they will send some one the collect the machine. It;s been 5 months but still they are charging some money in my account. Such a liar and useless company this is. I am going to file a case in lower court against these scammers.

            My phone number registered with mswipe was [protected]. I have stoped using their non sense service after october. And requested 5-6 times to mswipe customer care to deactivate my account and collect the machine. Everytime they told that your account will be deactivated soon and some one from our local team will contact you to collect the machine.
            It's been 5 months and they have deducted a lot of money from my account (Much more than the monthly rental). Although it was their fault that they didn't deactivated my account. Luckily i have the audio recording of their customer care representative saying that my account will be deactivate with in 3-4 days.
            Now i am planning to lodge a fir against these looters and file a fraud case in court if they don't refund my money.

            Its been more than a month and the unauthorized rent you deducted from my account has not been returned yet. it's really unprofessional and unethical practice. it seems that mswipe is not ready to settle this matter out of court.
            ALL OTHER PEOPLE CHEATED BY MSWIPE- I am going to file a case against their fraud practices and will make sure that they will not cheat anybody in future like this, is your are also got cheated by Mswipe than you can join me and we will drag them to the court. Here you clearly mentioned after generated ticket no.TBK01131212 what ever money has been deducted it will be refunded.Still I received only RS.295/- what about rest of amount. Kindly reply, if the customer service is really good.

                  On 29th march, i have made a debit card transaction through mswipe pos machine at 'aadhavan phrmacies pvt ltd' (Registered name as per mswipe receipt) located in coimbatore. The bill amount was rs.312. But the merchant accidentally added additional two zeros in the mswipe pos machine and the amount debited was rs.31, 200. The merchant immediately refunded the same amount of rs.31, 200 through the pos terminal and issued me a refund receipt. But even after waiting for 10 days, the amount has not been credited to my account. The merchant also reported that debited amount of rs.31, 200 was not credited to the merchant's bank account after verifying his bank statement. So the merchant is hesitating to refund the amount by cash.
                  The merchant called the mswipe customer care and reported the issue. They told me to quote the 'rr no.' in my bank so that they would locate the current status of the refunded amount. I have approached my bank with refund receipt and quoted the 'rr no.' and made a complaint but still there is no response. I have called the mswipe customer care again but they gave me the same reply of showing the 'rr no.' to the bank.
                  I want to know, where my amount of rs.31, 200 went. If it is not credited to the merchant's account or refunded to my own account then where else it would have gone? It seems your mswipe is holding the amount and failing to release it.
                  Kindly look into this issue seriously and return my money back as soon as possible. If this problem didnt get resolved then there is no other way for me other than to lodge a police complaint on the merchant and mswipe.

                    I am not using the mswipe machine last 6 months, already on october they have detected the money of 1000 and i registered a complaint they said hereafter no rent will be detected. But in april again they have detected 500 and registered a complaint to refund the money and to take back the machine but still now there is no action taken i have called many times but no response, every time they are registering new complaints only. Please take the necessary action or close the company and getaway.

                      I am writing this complaint, after trying out their customer care helpdesk,
                      First their machine would not work as said, next they charge advance rental, third they don't close account on time and put unnecessary rental charges and expect the customer to pay for their rent. When asked or complained there wont be any response nor reply from them. Please take necessary steps to keep your customer happy by at least attending their complaints on time and resolving the issues. (Client name - Buy The Way) Customer code: [protected].

                      I request you solve this issue and refund the advance rent for device which i asked to close earlier.I would like to continue using one device out of two i have. I tried closing the earlier old device and upgraded new device by paying device cost. but still you charge rental for both devices which is not fair.                         Very disappointed with the kind of service given by mswipe technologies.Requested for shutting my account on 1st March 2018 and it's more than one month now and no body has contacted me in this regard, whenever I approach their customer care they just take time and does nothing.                         I trusted mswipe completely when choosing a POS, but it's very sad to write against mswipe in this forum.

                          Hi dis is Deepak, i was purchased mswipe device, i was given the zero rental plan from mswipe but from jan, 2018 my rental is deducting, monthly rental was started deducted from my account, iam raised the complaint from jan to march 2018, please dont buy this kind of product m swipe company was cheating, company was not refunding my amount till 3months, iam going to social media.i also raise the complaint in consumer forum.

                          Care less custmer care, company irresponsible, dont buy dis waste product.

                            I have purchase mswipe machine on 24 march On that time sales person give half information about machine & its policy.
                            I have just call to mswipe customer care about my complaint regarding payment.I also ask about refunding process
                            Is cutting advanced payment of machine charges of month April.
                            Sales person also say that its free for one month no any charges.
                            Only deposit 2537 & its refundable.But customer care person says its included Installation charges 1100 & with included current month rent charges also.
                            And not refundable any amount.

                              Had contacted with mswipe in month of november2017 to discontinue the service as the business was shut down. But the request was not registered and neither the executive was sent to collect the device. After that had called again to the customer care for the same but was in vain. Finally in month of february 2018 the complain was registered and the executive was sent on 3rd april 2018 to collect the device. So from month of december 2017 to march 2018 the rent was deducted for no reason which is the total amount of rs 1526. I need the refund of the complete amount but the customer care people says that since they had officially registered complain in month of feb2018 so will b getting the refund of only the month of march. My money is wasted. I need the refund as early as possible from the company

                              This is to bring to your notice that due to network problem the transaction was done twice.This had happened on 18/3/2018 and the transaction amount was 10000.

                                From past november i am not using the mswipe machine. I have lodged the complaint many times to cancel my account. They said there team will work soon, but today is the 4th april 2018. Nearly six months they have not cancelled the mswipe account. Every month they are deducting monthly maintenance charges from my account.

                                I called several time this month. Not good response from the customer care executive. Just wasting my timing calling them.

                                First time i saw such a careless company.

                                  Firm name the blue water equipment surrendered in march 2017. They have deducted monthly rentals and return charges. Mobile [protected]. They have deducted 13000/- from my account on 30th and 2nd april. Please provide justice... Customer care people say there is no office in bangalore. Please help. Thank you.. I have stopped using the machine in feb 2017.. Raised a request to close my account.. But they deducted feb and march 2017 month monthly charges... Later taught some they have not collected the machine they are still collecting charges... Hence begged them to come and collect the machine... A person came and collected the machine... Saying that your account will be closed... From then there was any charges collected from account... I taught it is closed... Now this financial year end... On march 30 2018 they have collected... More than 3200/- as rental charges... I was shocked... I called their customer care i spoke to representative arun... Rep no tbk0101573

                                  Also, what about the money HDFC Bank has deducted because of your unwanted rental bounce charges.. please provide me a letter or an email from Mswipe stating that the deductions made was incorrect to My HDFC Bank, Venugopalaswamy Layout Branch, Bangalore. So that even Bank can reimburse by hard earned money.

                                  6th day after complaining.. it’s been 3days since I raised complaint.. they found by surrendered device in somewhere their dustbin.. not they have deactivated my device.. I found my De- Installation.. they have not yet returned my money back.. still waiting for their response. . every morning I call them for status.. a new lady will speak to me and give a new TBK420420420420420420420 number. And within 72hrs you will get a response and our executives will call.
                                  Can anyone tell me how to SUE this people.

                                    As per above subject i closed my mswipe account in january 2016. I submitted mswipe device to executive. After that no rental charges debited from my bank account but suddenly in the month of february 26th and 27th 2018 that means after two years rs.700/- deducted from my bank account. After that i called to customer care explained the details. So they given me complaint id: tbw00237529. Executive told me that your amount will credit into your account within 48 working hours. But amount not credited into my account. Again i called and spoke to executive given same reply. Agin i did not received money. I called again customer care they arranged call back from banglore executive. On 21st march i received a call from [protected] and he asked some details i answered after he told ok sir your amount will credit to your account. But suddenly in march 27th and 28th rs.4200/- debited from my account. So totally rs.4900/- debited from my account. So please solve the problem and refund my money to my account. I m in very critical condition in this moment suddenly they deducted money from account.

                                    Already Three days completed till no response from your end. I Closed My MSWIPE account in the MONTH OF JANUARY 2016. after January 2016 no rental deduction from my account. you are saying that We are checking whether we have received your device at HO or not. I Submitted MSWIPE device no: [protected] in March 2016. after so many calls to customer care and received complaint id. after complaint ID and running complaint again Rs. 4200/- deducted from my account on 27th and 28th March. again I Write a mail to [protected]@mswipe.com and called to customer care. executive told me that your device is not yet deactivated and will be deactivate within two to three days after deactivation another two to three days it will take to refund your amount. But on 31st again debited money from my account. its very worst response and worst customer care support i never seen before. please refund my money and solve problem as early as possible.

                                    After calling Bangalore office on 3rd April and sent details of bank statement as per there instructions. then they told that will resolve and refund amount within 2 to 3 days. later I received call for confirmation on 5th April 2018 from Bangalore in-charge person but till now no response to either Mail or here or from customer care. here i m attaching last transaction from MSWIPE device that is 16 DEC 2015, I closed account in January 2015. last rental also deducted in JAN 2015. here I attached rental deduction after two years of closed account that is Feb 2018 and March 2018 total amount of Rs.4900/-. please refund my amount as early as possible or else i will go to consumer court with all documents and call records and mails proof. i waited nearly 45 days from march 1st i started calling customer care till not yet solved the problem very worst response.

                                    Your Executive collected the device, he didn't provided any receipt to me that too feb 2016 more than 2 years completed. after so many calls to your executives and banglore office incharges simply telling that we will deintall your device and refund your money but simply days are moving no response or action from your end. already 50 days completed again and again and again and again same questions device not yet installed and same answers will deinstall from our end and refund your money. just tell me either you resolve the problem or not thats it.

                                    I have closed Mswipe in 2016 January only and not made any transactions after 16 December 2015. There were no such rental charges in my account from Jan 2016 to Jan 2018. I request you to kindly re-credit the amount Rs.4900/- and Return Charges Rs.11799/- to the account.

                                    Already from bank account return charges of Rs.11, 799/- debited from my account, Due to business Loss already I m in Depression and I m not in a position to pay Return charges also, Financially Already I m facing lot of problems.

                                    Patiently I waited around two months but complaint not yet solved.Total Rs.16699/- debited from account. if rental charges and return charges not credit into my account and anything happen to me MSWIPE Technologies is responsible.

                                    I hope you will arrange to do the needful at the earliest.
