As per above subject i closed my mswipe account in january 2016. I submitted mswipe device to executive. After that no rental charges debited from my bank account but suddenly in the month of february 26th and 27th 2018 that means after two years rs.700/- deducted from my bank account. regarding cancel for 3 devices

I am having 3 devices in mswipe in name of trinity tours & travels, chrompet, but not using for more than 6 months, but rental takeing regularly,
So i need to cancel it, i called customer care for past 1 month,, but no response from ur side, i called for dealer and company itself, they telling to wait but till now nothing happened,
Kindly take steps to cancel my 3 devices immediately....

Hi dis is manjunath, iwas purchased mswipe device, it is not working properly and i cancelled the device in june2017, & not deducted monthly rental till dec2017, from jan2018, monthly rental was started deducted from my account, iam raised the complaint from jan to march 2018, please dont buy this kind of product m swipe company was cheating, company was not refunding my amount till 3months, iam going to social media

Mswipe company is fully fraud they don't resolving the problems at all. And they utilising the data of bank accounts to draw money from that accounts without any permission to account holder. And they didn't provode good customer services. They don't observing the status of device they just allow to draw amount from account digitally. They don't respond to complaint against that but they says lies to consumers...

fee deducted every month even after closing the service & not bothered to refund the amount

Pathetic service from mswipe, i had cancelled the service of mswipe in the month of nov 2017 & the field executive given me a letter of closing the service & he told the device will be collected from me soon.

But the team never called me to collect the device. Instead they are deducting fee for every month, its planned cheating by swipe.

I called 5 times to inform the same, all the time i got same answer which...

I have settled 20000 rs on 23rd Feb 2018. The Settlement amount is not credited in bank account till date. There are so many mails sent and they simply replying we have forwarded to the payment team and then no reply after then.

Customers had made the payment through credit card an amount of rs. 14280/- on 14th nov 2016, but due to some technical error amount was deducted twice from their cards.

I have received the payment only single time and the other payment is put on hold. Although, mswipe has received the both amount from the bank i. E. 2x14280 as shown in the bank statement of customers

Its going to be two weeks now that a Customer Team of Mswipe is giving explanation that they have holi holidays, saturdays and sundays to get my issues solved.

I am using Swiping machine from Payumoney where now they transferred me to mswipe officially. I have swiped Rs. 20000 payment from my customer and the settlement amount is still on credit to my Bank Account which is latest update in the Record of them and received confirmation....

I'm being cheated by mswipe employees. When i requested to get this machine one of your sales person named as neha from delhi moti nagar, she didn't explained every information to me. She said a flat charge of 1.4% mdr and no gst. She didn't even talked about regular and premium cards. However, actual charge was 1.9%+18%gst. Still some how i continued with the services, but in the middle of the month i changes my plan from 350 to 500 (30k)....

refund my money

I submit the device on november 1st but they debit 5300 from my account i. E on 21 feb 2018 they cut 300*3=900 i file a complaint against it why my is debited they told me sir within 48hrs we revert back but on 26 feb they debit 300*14+100=4300 i call several times they told me once deinstall done then refund intiate but there is no response please help for this they can not take any action....

mswipe machine error

This is the 5th time i am facing the issue with the machine. Machine shows the following error "system halt ikek tamper sr 0x00000123". This happens every now and then. install my device and refund my y

I have surrender the device on november 1st 2017 with receipt no 281037 but on february 21 3 ecs is debited from my account so i complaint for this they told me that your device is not deinstalled yet so i request to deinstall on 21 but on 26 feb 2018 they cut 14 time ecs of 300=4200 and 100 extra total 4300 from my account i call several times but there is no response from company please resolve the issue...
