[Resolved]  Mswipe Technologies — Fraud ECS Generation For Inactive Devices

As i am not using the mswipe machine anymore from past 4 years and also i have surrendered the device last 4 years back itself.

But from Past three i have a debits of chq returns charges around 1100 rs since i wont maintain that account and today on 23/03/2022 i have ECS of 300 on name Mswipe so reached bank and asked about the chq returns and today ECS information. So informes me due Mswipe past three months u have chq return charges. Unfortunately this due to maintaining the minimum amount there is no return charges and but i have debit of 300 in name of Mswipe.

So, I called the customer care and asked them to deactivate my account, so caller Vanitha informed no device is active and informed me that 1500 balance is outstanding from me. I ask when no device is active how the outstanding amount is available and how ECS was runned. Because of Mswipe i have faced three chq bounces and around 1500 amount loss.
