Hi,

With reference to the cancellation of your service card swiping machine which I have already done on 21/12/2018.

One of your executive had come down to my place for this cancellation and i personally did visited your location to return swiping machine.

Now the issue has been arised from past few weeks and my account is frequently getting debited every minute.

I am looking for the refund for all my transactions which got debited from my account kindly do the same.

It is so unethical to charge someone's account without any notification after so many years, kindly remove all my banking records and my information from you records.

    Recently I have purchased an item from Flipkart and the delivery of the item was of today 28/04/2022 and the payment of the product was done via UPI Payment as the payment link was provided by the Flipkart delivery executive after the whole process the transaction was successful from my side and the money was also deducted from my account and also deduction sms was received by me from my bank and also the receipt was generated by mswipe technologies named after the successful payment BUT it was showing that the TRANSACTION IS FAILED in the Flipkart delivery executive mobile screen and then he didn't received any money at the time am confused that where the money has gone ??? Pls look into this as soon as possible, here am attaching the screenshot...

      Hi, customer care is not responding to call I was waiting waiting to get connected to talk to people. That swiped amount of credit card on 25th April was not credited. No response from any mails and customer care. If I call to loan department or connect desk no response. If this happens I need to look the other options from my end and stop the services from my end.

        I have closed the business 8 years ago and informed the people in mswipe that i don’t need the machine anymore. But every month they were continue debiting money from my account automatically for a year.

        It was stopped after chasing them many time a few years back.

        But they have again debited Rs 300 on 17th Apr 2022 via auto transaction for my bank account., and again debited on 22-Apr-2022 for 300/-, and 296.01 on same day . Total Amount debited 896/- .

        I am trying to call customer care but they’re not responding. You can not legally steal money in the name of auto debit and keeping silent on our complaints.

        Please stop stealing my hard earned money .

        Requesting you Help me to close my ECS Mandate if any.

          I have taken in the year of 2014 and we have stop using the device in the same year and return the devices to Mswipe Agents.

          But still Mswipe debiting amounts from my bank account even that devices return back to their agents.

            Payment not received for 1400090120044371@kotak

            Hi,
            I did two 20K-20K transactions on 20 December 2021 to [protected]@kotak. The money for the first transaction got credited. But the credit of 2nd transaction did not happen.
            But 40k got debited from my accounts.

            I have been taking followup for the last 4 months, but nobody is responding. So please help...

            I have submitted the device in September 2020 when I have asked the company to pick the device on August 20, 2020. The device was picked up on September 9, 2020. After two years in April 2022, they have deducted an amount of Rs. 413/- without intimating me or even calling me. When I contacted the customer care, they don't either pick up the calls or the number gets disconnected automatically. Please see that I am refunded the amount. It is not my responsibility to pay the rent when I have asked them to pick the device beforehand.

              I was clearly mentioned that there will be no charge/zero charges for settlement in money-back card however I am being charged Rs.1 for every transaction to settle on money-back card. I run a small food stall and can't afford to pay the charge for every transaction so I clearly mentioned that however mswipe team gave false Advertising and commitment stating there will be no charge if you change the settlement to money-back card. Please help

                  Mswipe connection that I had previously owned. I had called and asked for a cancellation of the connection on the month 21th March 2020 just before the lockdown.
                  Company Name: Shruthi Tailors.
                  On booking the machine we were said the deposit of Rs.4000/- takes care of the rental charges and no rental charges will be applicable. The rentals being charged even we aren't using the machine since we closed the shop on March 20th 2020
                  The executive said that someone will come to collect the device and initiate the cancellation process. But after umpteen number to calls to various employees and painful follow ups on this issue, we stopped contacting them. There was no action taken by the company officials. This is really annoying and we finally gave up on the follow ups.
                  The account gets deducted with a transaction Rs.350/- on the 1st March 2022 and then 5 transactions Rs.350 each on 9th March 2022. And then when we do another round of Follow ups and speak to another set of employees, a person finally come to get the device and initiate the process. The above mentioned amount was said to be credited back to the account after the device has been collected. They had given us the Toll free number (which is never reachable or not existing) to follow up on the amount to be retuned by the Mswipe Team. This hasn't been initiated and no action taken on the same.
                  23rd March 2022, My account gets debited for Rs.59/- again and I had sent an email to the manager but with no response. (The executive has no records showing this transaction in her system)
                  Cancellation of the ECS Transactions from my bank account isn't possible (apparently the bank cant have stop payment on ECS transactions unless initiated by your department)

                  Attaching the cancellation and device collection slip given by the executive along with the debited amounts from Jan 2022 to April 2022.

                  Requesting a refund amount of all the debited amounts to date and cancellation of the ECS transaction with written proof.

                    I have de-installed the service 3 years ago but monthly amount of rs.350 started getting debited from account from dec 2021.

                    I have notified the concerned person last week but yet to get a reply.

                    This is cheating and it seems mswipe is doing it to many other consumers for quite some time.

                          Mswipe sales executives and sales manager give me wrong commitment. They said i[censored] giving 18000 rupees one time payment means life time rental free machine was available. I will give a full payment and purchase the machine. At a start up time in mswipe application they not any plan details. Now they add plan details. But the plan details said that I was in advanced rental plan. Rental only 3 years free. This is very cheating activity. I will contact the machine selling mswipe executive. They said we will relieved from this company. But ur plan is life time free plan only. U contact customer care. But customer care they not help us. Customer care asking return documents about this commitment. Which sales executives give a return documents. No one can not give that. The company and sales executive and sales manager both are fraud. Don't trust that type company. Please go to nationalized bank pos machine.. it's available very low rental

                                Hi.. this is my third complaint, i have not got any solution for my issue .
                                I had this mswipe device and surrendered 6 years ago ..
                                And all of a sudden within two months they have deducted the rental amount of 6 months altogether.. i have paid all the dues before cancelling the device..and they nowhere in the 6 years and all of a sudden deduction has happened from my account.. And i have provided all the documents for the rentals paid from the bank statement..but still they say we can't accept this .

                                This is a complete fraud company.. people please don't opt for this. Company.. I'm attaching y bank statement along with this...

                                  Hi,

                                  I ordered POS machine in November-21 and a refurbished machine was sent. This information was not shared with me and when I raised the same false assurance was given to us that the machine will be replaced in 10 days of time, however, nothing happened. Now all the company executives are saying we only supply refurbished machines and we don't have a refund policy as well. I am feeling cheated with this company and its executives. This is not fair with any customer

                                    My merchant id is [protected], Total amount paid by customer is 1500 in which 38 es was deducted as mdr chareges also 590 amount is deducted as additional amount, why is this deducted??
