[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — mdr charges

Hi,

On 24th july’2019, i have received a message saying flat 1% mdr on transaction made on the same day and i did a transaction of rs.20, 000/-; however i have been changed more than 1% mdr. I complained about it several times but of no use.

Again, on 31st august’2019, i have received another message saying 0% mdr on transaction made on the same day and i did a transaction of rs.50, 000/-; however i have been charged more than rs.1500/-.

Twice i have been charged more than what you have promised and i have been trying to reach your customer care to explain this and nothing has happened.
