I was interested in mswipe pos as my requirement was very small, the sales person farhana said wifi machine suits best as i dont have to pay monthly rental, and i was not interested in bluetooth, but she insisted she would provide wifi device which can used over any wifi connection. When the installation guy came to my office i was in a hurry for a doctor appointment and checked if the device is wifi, he said no and argued that i ordered bluetooth, i asked him to take it back, then he said he would install a wifi device, i left office leave this guy and my daughter at office, he kept calling me trying to convince me to install buletooth but refused, but he forcefully install the bt deivce on my daughter's friends mobile who had happen to come there and left the machine and he left. I tried reaching your sales rep but she stopped receiving my calls, wrote to your team several times, then one mr. Shoib called me said he would arrange for refund, nothing happen till now, but people keep calling to asking why i am not using the machine, and they are again trying to configure the same bt device on my mobile, today a relationship manager came to office he said he will install wifi device and he was actually trying to configure my bt device again when refused he had no answers, what is going on?? I dont want your service anymore and stop harassing me everytime

I am facing the issue with the machine. Machine shows the following error "system halt ikek tamper sr 0x00000103". This happens every now and then. Can you please give me a permanent solution to this or i might discontinue the services if this persist.
