I sent a mail to mswipe helpdesk to change my bank account details on 8th august 2019 with all required documents, but the same had not been done yet. I had sent mail so many times but no satisfactory response was given by mswipe. Very bad service from mswipe, if you are not able to complete the request then let me know the procedure to surrender the device....

I activated a device mswipe g2 pad, details below, on zero rental plan.
But i have noticed that rental of rs. 413 is deducted from the account every month.

This is the 5th time i am facing the issue with the machine. Machine shows the following error "system halt ikek tamper sr 0x00010103". This happens every now and then.
