Sir i had raise complain for so many time for my offer when i will call your exicutive tell me that it will take 2 days our team is doing work on this offer plss wait for two days and i had a complain on 31 aug 2019

    I swiped my card for rs 13500 on 19th sept 2019, the amount was supposed to get credited in my account within 24 hours as per the norms but i didn't receive any amount saying that mswipe has hold it bcz i swiped my own card on my own machine which i was not aware of

    Inspite of calling and making request to mswipe no of times i didn't receive the money yet in my card.

    I would request you to please answer me on this and process my money as soon as possible.

      All the mswipe people are fooling the clients kindly try to solve the issue or put the ban on this service other wise there will be a big issue for this and many people are facing the same problem

        Don't how this happened

          Hi mswipe,

          I mailed regarding this issue for multiple times but no update or else call back on that issue.
          Please kindly take up issue and activate amex card to my swipe machine.
          Any update???

          We did not got any update on this till now.
          Wrong commitment gave by mswipe team and now no action taken.

          We purchased this mswipe for swiping of amex card on main purpose where your retail agent confirmed like amex card will work with out any payment and it is zero amount chargeable.

          We had worst experience in first time purchase only where the guy delayed and had no proper guidance on the machine deliver but now we are facing another issue where amex card is not working. Due to this we are losing money and name from customers which your responsible.

          Kindly please make sure it should work as promised.

            Payment has been put on hold since 7 days and there is no reply to mails sent to [protected]@mswipe.com and customer care representative are not able to reply for the issue they just keep on saying send mail to the paymentresponse

            Dear sir
            The reason for my own card swipe was against the payment of the grocery goods for family function which was purchased from my shop itself, and the dues were paid by my own credit card swipe to my firm mauli enterprises, for purpose of myself and family expense such as drawing
            Further mr mohan nikam has a grocery shop and is our loyal and a old customer who purchases grocery goods from our shop on regular basis, during our routine bussiness we actually don't accept credit card payments but as mr mohan nikam is our loyal customer we have to accept credit card payments from him whenever he asks to do so, he either uses his own credit card or uses his daughter snehal nikam's credit card for any purchase whenever needed by him, that is the reason that multiple card swipes have done from some cards
            Further we have attached the bill details of sale to mr mohan nikam, the total bill amount is rs 130, 772.50 for which we have received rs 100, 000 by credit card and rs 30, 772.5 by cash, the payment of rs1lac credit card has been set on hold by you as high value transaction, we have submitted the bill attached herewith
            At the point of sale mr mohan nikam took the goods by their mode of transport from our shop
            We have given the clarification for your mail and noted that such transaction if not accepted by mswipe we assure that we would request our customer mr nikam for future payment of their bills by cash or cheque and also would not swipe our own card for settlement of grocery goods purchased from our own shop
            Your co-operation would be highly appreciated as we request you to remove the hold on the high value transaction and credit the same to our account at the earliest

We have gone through the merchant terminal details and we came to know that merchant has been done the transaction amount Rs.100000/- dated on[protected] but amount goes on hold due to high value transaction.

            As we confirm with our payment the transaction has been release from our end with reference no.: NEFTRATNN[protected]/[protected] dated on[protected]. Hope issue has been resolved from our end.

            I am facing the issue with the machine. Machine shows the following error "system halt ikek tamper sr 0x00000103". This happens every now and then. Can you please give me a permanent solution to this or i might discontinue the services if this persist.

              We are unable to swipe the cards as swipe machine is not responding any ways. Machine is not swiping cards or showing last transactions or anything.
              We took the sim card out, put it again and have tried our best. But machine is not working. Since we are hospital, repairing is urgent. Patients are complaining because they do not come with cash since we swipe cards.

                Combined amount but total should not exceed total card swiping amount and it should describe all the goods/services.(In case of combined bill, if the bill amount is exceeding the swiping amount then you needs to mention on the bill as to how much amount was done through swiping and how much was cash/discount/any other mode of payment.)

                Once the documents are received by our hold Team we will be checking and verifying the documents and thereafter payment will be released.

                before also some amount has deducted something around 1000 rs... why this is happening? and also now a days machine is also not working properly whenever we swipe a card it shows terminated everytime ...

                    This is going multiple times to and fro and it is really frustrated to just follow up for the amount.
                    I already lost the credibility as you are not able to deliver the service with in expected time. The timelines that I have received where not fulfilled (Friday received an automated mail from Help desk stating that there would be solution within 24 hours). On Sunday when I called customer service number, Alin - Customer service executive has given commitment that amount would be credited by Tuesday and a high priority ticket has been raised.
                    On Monday, when I called again, they told that by Wednesday the amount would be credited to my account, but now when I checked through mobile app - it says further documents required as a part of verification.
                    My question is, why the documents are not requested in first instance which is causing further delay for receiving my payment. Why a false commitments are provided to customers when you are failing multiple times for doing so?

                    From Friday, I am making continuous follow ups for the amount and the response is quite awful.
                    Attached are the required documents - Invoice copy signed by customer, Pan ID card.
                    Justification - As a part of functions, there were some bulk order for Ice creams and hence multiple transactions. I request you to cancel the transaction if required rather than going to and fro for this transaction.
                    At last, you need to understand the criticality of business transactions where there would be a commitment and credibility involved for my business. As you failed to provide a resolution for me within expected time, I had lost credibility and need to a penalty for this transaction.

                    Thanks for your exceptional great customer service as usual.

                      I was interested in mswipe pos as my requirement was very small, the sales person farhana said wifi machine suits best as i dont have to pay monthly rental, and i was not interested in bluetooth, but she insisted she would provide wifi device which can used over any wifi connection. When the installation guy came to my office i was in a hurry for a doctor appointment and checked if the device is wifi, he said no and argued that i ordered bluetooth, i asked him to take it back, then he said he would install a wifi device, i left office leave this guy and my daughter at office, he kept calling me trying to convince me to install buletooth but refused, but he forcefully install the bt deivce on my daughter's friends mobile who had happen to come there and left the machine and he left. I tried reaching your sales rep but she stopped receiving my calls, wrote to your team several times, then one mr. Shoib called me said he would arrange for refund, nothing happen till now, but people keep calling to asking why i am not using the machine, and they are again trying to configure the same bt device on my mobile, today a relationship manager came to office he said he will install wifi device and he was actually trying to configure my bt device again when refused he had no answers, what is going on?? I dont want your service anymore and stop harassing me everytime

                        I have lodged complaint on 22.08.2019 but not received any updates. Please check details i am kiran shankar karpe mob. I had closed my shop in 2017 and handover my machine to mswipe engineer and then no any business made through mswipe technologies. But, now today 22.08.2019 i received mail from my bank of maharashtra that rs.300 deducted from my account by ach tp ach mswipe t[protected]

                        As per the complaint received, we have investigated on merchant issue and we came to know that amount INR.300/- has been deducted as outstanding rent of the month of February 2018 for the device (device id: [protected]) which is liable deduction. Also want to inform INR.113/- is still reflecting as outstanding rent.

                        As i already told that i closed my shop in 2017 and also given that MSWIPE machine returned to their executive then which charges your talking about and the after 2017 you charged for month of February 2018 and still saying outstanding of INR.118 /-
                        Please check your system twice before you deduct the amount from anyone account.
                        Kindly do the needful and refund my INR.300/- as soon as possible.
                        This company promotes there product with false statement “immediate settlement and blah blah”
                        But once you make transaction it will not hit your account after 4 day also.
                        The person working here are totally fulls and not reply properly just making harassment of people

                        Don’t work with this company go with other payment api
                        Today on 15.12.2021 i got deducted my account with Rs.113.00 for no reason, As i already said i have no longer user of MSWIPE since 2017.

                          Sbi credit card just because i have a home loan emi rs.21000 on 15th of every month, i had no cash in my kotak bank account and for emi of home loan and that was not debit on that day so i did used my swipe machine to cash amount for rs.22000 rref num:[protected] and it was mistake but i am sorry for that and i will sure to say that it will not happen in future i had used that money for my security so that i did use.

                          I will assure you that i will use the swipe machine for my business purpose not for personal use and it was the big mistake from my side and as well it will not happen again

                          So i begging you to refund my rs.22000

                            Many queries in last couple of weeks but not getting any response from any one. I need not to get the service disconnected, i don’t want to be with mswipe any more. Please call me back at the earliest on [protected]. The complaint details are as below.
                            1. We have made one transaction of 2400/- which is not received to us. We have provided all the details but they are not reverting thought the fault is from their end.
                            2. They are forcing us for one dispute raised by customer, we do not have any details about the customer, even though asking details, they are not providing information and unnecessarily going to deduct money from our account.
                            3. They are not providing any assistance to my queries/issue and when i ask them to terminate the service, they are not assisting me and unnecessarily i have to keep using their product by paying monthly rent. They are harassing a lot to me.

                              On 24th july’2019, i have received a message saying flat 1% mdr on transaction made on the same day and i did a transaction of rs.20, 000/-; however i have been changed more than 1% mdr. I complained about it several times but of no use.

                              Again, on 31st august’2019, i have received another message saying 0% mdr on transaction made on the same day and i did a transaction of rs.50, 000/-; however...

                              I sent a mail to mswipe helpdesk to change my bank account details on 8th august 2019 with all required documents, but the same had not been done yet. I had sent mail so many times but no satisfactory response was given by mswipe. Very bad service from mswipe, if you are not able to complete the request then let me know the procedure to surrender the device.

                                  I have used mswipe in 2017 for a while and i have surrendered the device after deactivating. After so many months of the deactivation request they have still charged me 2000. Rs in august 2018 as an annual charges. I then contacted technical team and they didn't seem to solve the issue or even care to respond to customer's problem. After so many struggle and multiple contacts they have refunded.

                                  I have made very clear to their representatives that i no longer wish to be associate with swipe and hence requested to take all my info off as i don't even have the device or active.

                                  Now in 2019, they have again charged me rs. 649 as annual charges again from my bank account which is very frustrating on how can they do this after the device itself was surrendered years back.

                                  Instead of deactivating my account, they have very smartly turned off my sms service and hence i wasn't aware of the debit. I was shocked to see the debit on 22nd aug 2019.

                                  It seems they aren't caring about the problems and getting tired of repeated issues and follow-ups.

                                  I have escalated it to the same people whom i communicated earlier and it is been few days now as i'm continuously following with them and they didn't even acknowledge the mail yet.

                                  I'm yet to get any calls or a reply from mSwipe. What is the need for me to wait for money when there is a Technical issue from mSwipe?
                                  This serial number m swipe instrument provided with with airtel connection is not working, please atted immedietely
                                  I'm yet to get a call or an E-Mail acknowledgement from mSwipe. I'm following with them daily. Calls are not picked and the mails are unaddressed.

                                    I activated a device mswipe g2 pad, details below, on zero rental plan.
                                    But i have noticed that rental of rs. 413 is deducted from the account every month.
                                    I tried reaching mswipe by customer care, they could provide me a complain no. Tbk 05200245. Repeated calls to customer care being made, but no help could be provided. Last call they kept me waiting from an hour on hold... Even then nobody replied.
                                    I tried reaching out to them by email also... Here again i got a ref id: tbk05229534. Even after repeated reminder mails.. No mail got in response, which itself shows their sensitivity towards the ailing customers.
                                    This act of yours is totally unjustified & unlawful & comes under fraud category.

                                      I had account with Mswipe my registeredmobile no [protected].Due to shut down of business i had requested to surrender the device.But instead of collecting the device they started deducting money from my other account without my consent and after reapeted request the are not refunding my money.Their executive had called and given me an offer of rent free for 2 months despite they debited my account without my consent.Mswipe is a fraud company their different people call on number and every time every new persons says new things.
