[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Mswipe is a fraud in payments to the vendor

Recently a customer paid 2500 rs via mswipe device by hdfc debit card.
And when i checked the transfer amount by mswipe into my current account. They only transfer rs 1766. This is completely cheating to vendors..

On given toll free number, no one is picking, very poor customer support, i want to cancel my account and refund my amount of 2 terminals of mswipe.

I do not want to continue with fraud company mswipe.

Customer paid it should payment approved, after 30 min payment got void.
Mswipe customer care service are very rude, they are not giving any details and blaming me

Mswipe is A Fraud Thieves, They have been running mandate and charging me Rent For a Machine that doesn't work since 3 years. And they have been taking my money till date 6/12/21 ... I had clearly paid for the machine and I haven't Given them any Authority to change the plans to charge me rentals .. this fraud company mswipe has misused my cheque which I had given 4 years ago to link.. Such Big Scams. I'll try contacting them again
